Questions & Answers

Is the handrail parallel to the stool or curved?

It follows the rules.

Is the stool equipped with a handle bar? Thanks. ?

The handle isn't attached, so don't expect it to work. You must insert it yourself, and the way it is attached (via two small buttons) makes it wobbly.

What is the measurement of the step's height?

About a foot, I'd say. Stepping up is simple when you have the bar to hold on to. It comes in handy a lot of the time. I bought it to help me get in and out of the bathtub, and it served me well until I upgraded to a tub bench. I only use it now in my home. I hope this has been of assistance.

Where can I get a medical step stool with a handle that is 4 inches tall?

It's available on Amazon. I have one and enjoy it immensely. It's something we use on our boat. It was well worth the money.

It is both stable and well-designed
5/5

Stool is well-made and intended for people who are heavier. Unlike others that require assembly, all parts are welded for stability and require no assembly. Only the handle must be inserted into the lower base, where a detent will hold it in place. It weighs 13 pounds and is easily transportable. br>br>It's time to address some of the previous criticisms. You must first place your weight on the stepstool before pulling up on the assisting handrail. Your weight is the one that keeps everything in place. It's unreasonable to expect the handrail to act as a stabilizer without this. Second, because this item is made of spackled bronze rather than stainless steel, some people have criticized its appearance. It's a utility item, not something to flaunt in public. In fact, if you want to keep it by your bedside, I think the color blends in better with adjacent furniture; otherwise, it'll go in the closet. Third, a few people have expressed concern about the unit's odor. There was no unpleasant odor in the unit I ordered for my wife.

UNSTABLE
3/5

This is a shaky step stool. Otherwise, it will tip if you don't first stand on it and then use the handle for balance. It's difficult to explain this to an elderly person who is stepping up onto the stool and using the handle to aid their balance. This is a dangerous product that will be thrown away because it cannot be returned!.

Design is appealing, and the stability is excellent
5/5

This was purchased to assist my 88-year-old mother in getting out of bed. Because of the appealing mottled brown paint job, this step stool does not appear "institutional. " The bench is lightweight enough for her to easily move it where she wants it, but sturdy and stable enough for her to use. Both of us are ecstatic!.

With a couple of cautions, this is a very useful item
4/5

This is a fantastically useful and well-designed tool. stool that was handcrafted It is, without a doubt, a heavy-duty piece of equipment. There are two issues that must be resolved. 1) The weight limit is 500 pounds, according to the Amazon description. The stool came with a 300-pound tag. Is it one of these? It's a difference of 200 pounds. I asked the company that question via email, but they did not respond. So that's something to think about, and it makes me wonder if the company stands behind its product, which I can't say at this time. br>br>2) If you are a heavy person, be careful not to put your hand on the handle and use it as a support to step up because your weight is on the handle but not yet on the stool securing it to the ground. br>br>3) If you are a heavy person, be careful not to put your hand on the handle and use it as a support to step up because your weight is on the handle but not yet on the stool securing it to the ground br>br>With that in mind, this stool is hearty and well-made. made, and incredibly useful.

It's a winner and well worth the money
5/5

This is a good investment; I took a risk and it paid off. It's extremely sturdy, heavy (for me), and has a large handle, so this stool is only in my very small bathroom because it's extremely useful to me. If you're looking for something well-made and simple to assemble (if I can get the handle on - which I doubt), I'd recommend this. in under ten seconds This is it (anyone can do it). It is extremely beneficial in terms of maintaining balance. I don't think I'll ever want to be without it again. It's going to be a big hit.

PERFECT! I WILL BE SAFE WITH THIS TOOL! Due to nerve damage in my back, I have trouble balancing
5/5

I ordered one yesterday after reading so many positive reviews, and it arrived today! If I could, I would give it six stars. I'm only 5 feet tall, so I have a hard time reaching a lot of things. This is an excellent description! It's very sturdy, and the handle makes it easier for me to maintain my balance. According to a doctor's review, the stool is used to assist his patients in getting onto the treatment table. One is required by my doctors! This is, without a doubt, the best stool I've ever used!.

erratic – This is in direct opposition to the reason I ordered it in the first place
3/5

I thought I read a lot of reviews before buying this, but now that I'm having trouble, I'm seeing that others have had the same issue. On Amazon, I purchased one. It's built to last. I like the way it turned out. The handle was snapped into the base in a matter of seconds. The base is welded together tightly and firmly - However, it is a significant jump. There's a lot of slop in the handle. It sways from side to side - enough to make you feel as if you're on the verge of collapsing. I made a phone call to Amazon. I discovered that it is non-returnable, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. It indicates that they do not want to pay for the return shipping. The customer service representative gave me a free replacement and told me I could donate the one that was wobbly. I took it down to the street and hung it up. In my neighborhood, trash is picked up in less than 24 hours, but this stool was left for four days before it was picked up. I received my second stool, which was identical to the first. This time, I contacted the manufacturer to see if I was doing something incorrectly or if I was missing a connector or something. They've been helpful, but I've had to talk to them for hours. They claim that because the handle does not pull out, everything is fine, but they don't seem to grasp the significance of the situation. br> Several people have said that you should only use the handle to stabilize yourself after you've gotten up on the stool, not to step up on it. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. This isn't the case. This is a significant step forward. What's the best way to get out of this? I purchased the version with the handle specifically for the purpose of assisting me in getting up. br> Keep track of what's going on. I visited a medical supply store in my neighborhood. They didn't have this bariatric model, but they did have one that looked similar, model 13031SV-A. The grip is solid and safe. That is exactly what I will receive. This model is not to be purchased.

This was purchased so that I could reach the top shelves of the
5/5

I bought it to clean the tops of the windows and reach the top shelves of the kitchen cabinet. Also, because I can't get into my husband's big Dodge truck, I now carry my small stool outside and into the truck, where I can use the handle to pull myself in. The problem is that my husband now grabs my stool whenever he can, leaving me without one! We recently purchased a new home and are in the process of painting, and when he tapes, he grabs the stool. He grabs the stool as he muddies. when he went outside to scrape some debris from an open window. He grabbed MY stool, as you might have guessed. I'm shopping for another one today because I don't want to share!.
