Questions & Answers

I'm not sure how I'm going to get my feet on this chair. ?

There is no way to put a wheel on this chair.

How tall is this chair's seat?

I'm sorry, but these chairs are in my husband's office, which isn't close by, and I won't be able to measure them for you; These are, however, smaller chairs, if that helps! This is what I discovered as a supplement - But I'm not sure if it'll help. Here's what I came up with: br>Dimensions are the measurements that are used to determine the size of something. The length is 16 inches. 5 inches.

Is it true that these chairs came completely assembled?

NO, only a little assembly is necessary.

Beautiful vinyl, low-cost wood, and a great deal of difficulty putting it together
3/5

It's not going to be passed down through the generations. Except for a cracked rear leg support and a fitting that didn't go together correctly, the chair is lovely once it's put together. br>It wobbles a little, but after some use, it may settle down. br>Arrived dusty. br>Assembly took hours due to mismatched holes and a bolt that wouldn't fit into its receptacle. br>A Phillips screwdriver and a slow-speed drill are required. Like Gorilla Glue, it takes a long time to dry. The kit includes a hex wrench, but not all of the bolt heads are hex. I tightened the hex bolts by hand, but it was difficult to feel the right amount of force for a snug fit - Although I do not have strong hands, I believe I overdid it on the piece that cracked. So go easy on the tightening and stop when you reach medium resistance. br>The Gorilla glue is used to cover the bolts with plugs. They'll fall out if they don't. br>Wooden plugs also add stability to adjacent bolts, but the plugs had fallen out of their holes in transit and were loose in the delivery box. It had to be glued back into place. Before you throw away the box, look through it for the small wooden plugs. Creating the framework for the back and seat was the easiest part of the process. However, shortly after assembly, the back leg support cracked badly (see photo). Is there an excessive amount of torque? I'm going to have to fix this in some way, and it'll be obvious and unsightly. br>For two reasons, attaching the back and seat to the legs/armrests was extremely difficult: It's difficult to align all of the pieces because the overstuffed back and seat rub so tightly against the frame. br>There are two receptacles on the seatback for bolts to attach to the armrest, but aligning the holes is difficult - You can't see where the bolt should go because the clearance is so small. It takes a lot of effort to get the pieces to fit together. Most buyers, I believe, believe they have bolted the seatback to the armrest when, in fact, they have only driven the bolts into the seatback padding, not into the bolt receptacle. The seatback will soon collapse as a result of this. Finally, in addition to the alignment issue, one of the seatback receptacles refused to accept the supplied bolt, so I had to improvise with a long screw of similar size from my workshop, which I jammed into the receptacle with brute force. This was a chore I detested! Please refer to the second image. br>To summarize, the chair is lovely until you notice the cracked leg support and the unsightly replacement screw. br>I've ordered a lot of furniture from Amazon that needed to be put together - and this was by far the most challenging to put together! br>The instructions should state that you should attach the seatback to the armrests BEFORE proceeding with the rest of the assembly - as well as a cautionary note about excessive use Bolts are being tightened. br>Note: if you want to be more formal, you can use the words "note" instead of "note. " The slider buttons on the bottom of each leg are small, and they got caught in the seams of my tile floor, causing the chair frame to buckle. To make the chair move more easily, I added a larger slider under each leg.

Class, convenience, and cost efficiency are all factors to consider
5/5

As a result of the lockdown, we had to reorganize our living quarters. New chairs to allow for longer periods of sitting, as well as more comfortable seats to use for leisure as well as dining and work, were high on the priority list. Originally purchased as a reading chair and for occasional desk use, the executive guest chair has quickly become a household and guest favorite - even if the visitors were few and far between Every other seat in the house has been vacated. br>br>Assembly was quick and easy, and despite the chair's light weight for its size, it comfortably holds up to lounging and leaning by people weighing up to 300 pounds for an extended period of time (more than 45 minutes). For those who are concerned about their height, it appears to suit the 5' - 6' range. We've tested it on bodies that are shorter or taller than 6', but we haven't done much testing on bodies that are shorter or taller than 6'.

BEWARE: Chair is not good; The chair is still boxed and waiting to be picked up; the return procedure is unacceptable
3/5

This chair is a complete waste of money. BEWARE! The wooden pegs are not made of wood, but rather of a composite material that crumbles when inserted into the appropriate hole. It's a nightmare to return something. We attempted to return the chair via UPS three days ago, but it is still waiting to be picked up in our reception area. There are a number of other serious flaws with these chairs, including the fact that the paint on the chairs is uneven and appears to be almost entirely made of water. To be honest, this chair is the worst; you would have been much better off buying a chair from a local office supply store rather than from Amazon.

A sturdy chair with a good appearance
5/5

It was relatively simple to assemble the chairs. The quality of the fit and finish was excellent. They're comfortable to sit in and (so far) appear to be capable of supporting large people. I would purchase this product again.

"China" should be known for its poor quality control
3/5

The chair has a nice appearance and can be used for a variety of purposes. It does, however, show dowel holes, but there are no wooden dowels included or mentioned. The pre-drilled holes are too short, and the Allen wrench provided will not tighten the chair legs sufficiently to keep them stable. To make the chair sturdy enough to sit in, I had to counter drill four pilot holes and add four Philip head wooden screws, and even that wasn't enough! Unfortunately, poor quality control leads to structural weaknesses. C- is the overall grade.

It has a nice design and is well-made
4/5

It has a nice design and is well-made. The seam between the back and the seat had an uneven gap due to a minor misalignment, so it did not receive a five-star rating. To get it aligned properly, my husband drilled a new hole in the bottom of the seat. It could be a stand-alone case, but putting it together took us an additional 30 minutes. If you buy it already assembled from a furniture store, the price is significantly lower.

So far, everything has gone well
5/5

On February 13th, I placed an order for two of these chairs for my church's pulpit. The chairs finally arrived on February 15th, much to my surprise. (The chairs were supposed to arrive between the 19th and the 21st when I ordered them. )br>I unpacked the boxes this morning and started putting them together. The first one took 35 minutes to put together (with the help of the instructions). Without reading, the second one took just 17 minutes. The chairs are stunning to look at and extremely comfortable to sit in. I'm going to buy 5 of them. There will be six more between now and July, when we celebrate our 74th Church Anniversary. br>After the 90-day trial period, I'll do another review to see if I'm still happy with the chairs. lol.
