I'd been looking for a laptop stand for a while, and this one blew me away so much that I felt compelled to write a review. It was simple to assemble, and it includes the ability to adjust the width of the arms that support the laptop to accommodate various laptop sizes. My computer is silver, and it blends in well with the rest of the room, so it doesn't stand out too much. It also has rubber grips on the sides and underneath the laptop, which I think do a good job of keeping things from slipping. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that I can store underneath my desk when I'm not using them to save space. I'm blown away by this purchase and am extremely pleased with it.
This stand was delivered in three pieces in a flat box and was extremely simple to put together. It's as simple as that. This is the ideal height for me to be able to use my laptop at eye level. It's sturdy enough that when I move my desk or open or close the laptop, it doesn't bounce or jiggle. My laptop is secure because the tops of the stand's arms are lined with padding/rubber. I've been looking for something like this for a long time.
The design of this product detracts from the fact that it requires assembly. Keep in mind that the majority of laptop stands are uni-directional. body, which denotes sturdiness in general. Unfortunately, unless you have your own allen wrench/hex key multi-tool, you will have to mount the bottom stand to the two legs with this unit, which is a tedious and annoying process. Because the one that comes with it is terrible, you'll need to create your own. br>br>I'm not sure why the manufacturer of this device chose not to use a unibody design, but I'm guessing it has something to do with lower manufacturing and shipping costs. Disappointing. br>br>.
This stand is simple to assemble using the tools provided, and it is extremely stable and the perfect size for both my daughter's laptop (11") and my Macbook Pro (16").
Because my laptop gets hot when it's in use, I needed a way to place it on my desk. I work from home and wanted to make sure my laptop was cool and ready to go. This laptop riser is an excellent choice. It's simple to put together, light, and secures the laptop. The foundation has a non-permanent non-permanent nonpermanent nonper It has a non-slip surface on the bottom and does not move. I'm very pleased with the product, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to keep their laptop off their desk due to work requirements or to avoid overheating it. This riser is ideal for the job! If I needed another laptop, I would purchase it again.
I've been using it for almost a year and it's fantastic! I'm not sure why I didn't order one sooner. Working on the computer with my computer on a stand and a separate keyboard and mouse has made a huge difference in my wrists. Additionally, you will save a significant amount of space. When I'm working on my computer, I usually have several SSDs or external drives connected at once, and this allows me to fit some of them under the stand, saving space. I required more desk space. br>br>I also podcast, and raising the volume on my computer to match the volume on my microphone has made a huge difference in how well I can communicate with my guests and hosts! I can maintain a proper eye level while still keeping track of all of my other gear! br>br>It's such a simple stand, but it's incredibly effective.
Cons: The photographs are deceptive; They make it appear as if the stand is one solid piece. The joint can be seen in the attached photo. Advantages: br>br> It was easy to put together: Four screws are required, as well as some customization in terms of width. Its widest setting complements the design of the MacBook Air 2018 and later models perfectly. It's sturdy, and the laptop can be set at a comfortable height.
Easy to put together and adjust. The stand's components were individually packaged in custom-designed containers. To keep them from sliding around and getting scratched in the box, cut foam. It was incredibly simple to put together. There are only three parts to this table: two legs and a base. and, best of all, it's adjustable, which explains how it can fit so many different laptops. My laptop has a 15-inch bottom and a 10-inch front. back; This stand, with its widest range of options, safely and firmly holds it. When I open the laptop, it doesn't wobble or feel like it'll fall off the stand. I especially like the open front of the stand, which is one of the main reasons I chose this style, because it allows me to use the space beneath my computer, which I couldn't do with the other open-back stand I had. I only got it yesterday, but I'm already wishing I had bought it years ago.
