It has been purchased for use in a busy medical office and my only regret is that I did not purchase it
Eliminates the need to make duplicates of the cards, saving the front desk time and saving the practice paper and ink, replacing multiple copies with one. blown away with how easy the software is to use, and I find that a clear scan of scanned images is a joy to look at. We recommend it with a 10 out of 10.
This was purchased in order to break up the work of our full-size sheet scanner. With its duplex scanning capabilities, it does a very fast and easy job scanning insurance cards and drivers licences.
The scanner is easy to use and great to I use it at a dental office to scan ID cards and insurance cards. It is fast and easy to use. Since it does not take up a lot of space on the desktop, it is appealing to me.
My staff uses AthenaHealth EMR, and I normally spent about $100 more for the same product via the normal channel. It's a good value for the price We were able to scan more quickly than with our previous scanner.
This is an easy to install program. The latest software and driver were downloaded and installed before connecting the Auto-minimization and setting the software to minimize can be done It scans the ID card in just a few seconds and pops up a scanned image with an option to tag it and save it to the known folder, so that as soon as the ID card is placed in the scanner it happens instantly and is scanned. There is little desk space taken up by this scanner, which is important in a health care office like the one it was installed in. A quick and easy ID card scanner I highly recommend is the 690GT.

There is only one suggestion, and it is to develop a USB power inserter cable that could be used by Macs and PCs. The splitter should have a shorter cable instead of rigid connection (This was cured with a USB extension cable of 3ft). I think you did a good job otherwise!.
