With no regrets, I made a purchase on the recommendation of a colleague. While setting up and installing (I have a MacBook), the quickstart guides are easy to follow. As soon as I set up the system, I began using it. A caveat to be aware of is the attached USB cable must not block the scanner slot exit for the biz card to roll out smoothly (the instructions in your inbox mention this as well). You have a great style!.
