Update: br>OK, this thing is incredible. br>I'm cutting everything that isn't rated for it. You can see me cutting a zero in the video. 25inx0. For a project, I needed a 75in sealing washer, and I used those wrenches to apply a downward force to keep the material from jamming (it's very flexible and difficult to cut). br>You could say I'm risking damaging my machine, but that's fine with me. Each of the projects I'm working on costs a quarter of a million dollars. So it's still worthwhile if I end up purchasing more laserpoint cutters. br>I adore this machine; it has already saved me a tremendous amount of time and money. br>br>Original: br>At first, I was disappointed that there were only three pinch rollers because it kept jamming my wider than 24in cuts. br>However, I was able to purchase two additional pinch rollers from their website; there are five (6, but two are combined into one) pinch roller locations, but only three rollers are included. For a wide sheet, you'll need at least 4 or 5. br>br>You can see my cutter with five pinch rollers in the picture. br>I've even used this to cut 2 mil thick Kapton tapes for my electronic projects (which is why I bought it). These tapes start at $11/ft and go up from there. Because they're so thin, the rollers would just pinch them, I mount them on paper or vinyl with a low-tack adhesive. br>br>In the next picture, you can see two sheets that have been cut. The thickness of each sheet is 2 mil (0. 125 inch). 002in equals a value of zero. Thickness: 0. 05mm br>As can be seen, this device is capable of performing such a delicate task.

Good quality equipment, easy to follow instructions, minimal tools required for assembly (one wrench for tightening casters and a Phillips driver for the rest), and double boxed (6in thick walled cardboard with plenty of retention foam to prevent product damage during shipping. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the stand legs; make sure to use the included screw guide to avoid dropping screws into the legs; however, everything is explained in the instructions; all you have to do is read them. The included vinyl products were packaged separately in a nice box, with no damage to the vinyl or the equipment. I did a lot of searching and research and found that this plotter/cutter bundle has the best quality, features, software, and support compared to other similar or more expensive units with less. The vinylmaster cut program included is good for basic no frills stuff, but we recommend upgrading to pro because at any time there is an upgrade option to choose 50% To summarize, purchase the bundle, upgrade the software for a low price, select vinyl colors, and begin designing and cutting.
