A VINYL CUTTER designed for the LaserPoint 3 laser. With ARMS automatic contour cutting and other features found on cutters costing much more, this vinyl cutter is a great value! A faster, quieter version of this model has been developed. It comes with a stand and a catch basket to protect your work after cutting.

Are there ways to get in touch with customer support?

As far as phone support goes, Uscutter is top notch.

Can this be used to contour cut transfer sheets?

I believe it is capable of cutting any kind of vinyl or paper.

Can the cutter used with Flexisign software be used with it?

Answer 1. There are 2 answers to this question. There are no issues with compatibility. As soon as you install it, make sure that the LaserPoint 28 is selected in Production Manager, and it will cut fine. Flexi software will not be able to utilise the ARMS feature. My cutter has been with me for more than a year now and the support department told me it was The software did not work for me after I purchased it.

Is this machine able to cut the svg files I already downloaded?

The answer to that question is yes. It is the software that imports the image files, and the software that comes with this Laser Point 3 package will do that.

I have been using it for a couple months now and it is working well

We found it a bit challenging to assemble the stand, but we managed it without too many hiccups. We are pleased with how the cutter is performing. It was purchased by my daughter for a printing business which she has already started. She has already cut hundreds of sheets of paper on this cutter. In case the first one should break down for any reason, we may consider buying a second one as a back-up. It can be used on the stand that comes with it, or it can easily be removed from the stand and placed on a table. I would like to suggest an extension cord, but it is not a major issue, since the power cord is pretty short. You will certainly need it unless you use it right next to an outlet. Additionally, when it operates, it is a bit louder than expected. This is the only one we have used and are familiar with, so I don't know if there are quieter cutters.

The quality of the cutter matches the quality of the customer service

The customer service here is excellent! As we were supposed to receive a left and a right arm bracket, we got two lefts. When I called customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure I got the replacement part quickly. They were out of stock so the representative sent out another complete stand assembly, so now I have the right arm bracket and back up parts for the whole stand, along with It only took us two days to receive the replacement parts! They also followed up to make sure we got everything and that we hadn't run into any more problems. That is the best customer service I have ever experienced. It's wonderful! We love it! Cuts with precision and is simple to set up. In fact, we even like the way it sounds while cutting D! Haha! Sounds like R2D2 to me! This is an excellent book! Your help is much appreciated!.
