I've purchased this printer several times for our maitre d' restaurants. It performs as expected, and the dip switches are useful for turning off the low roll indicator, which does not function properly on any of the three I purchased. When it says "low roll," it stops printing and doesn't finish the rest of the roll. The problem was easily resolved by turning off the warning. Although it would be preferable if the feature worked properly, it is what it is.
We never turn off this printer because it is so good. All day is spent printing.

It was unable to establish a connection with my computer. This item has caused me a great deal of distress.
