Now that I have had this machine for several weeks, I can speak with some experience about it. There's nothing I like more than the versatility of these My favorite thing about it is that when you add adhesive before die cutting the paper, it works great. Papercrafting companies sell adhesive sheets for much more than cartridges, which I find are much more reasonable in price. I was able to teach it to my nine-year-old without any trouble. I have updated. My love for it hasn't changed, and it's still the same after nine months. I love how easy it is to make cards this way. In order to cut the shapes, words, or images, I run scraps through the Xyron first, then use my Gemini to cut them. In addition to creating free planner stickers, I also use it. If I do not use a whole sheet of adhesive, I just stick it in my adhesive scrap drawer and use it on another project. So I am not wasting any adhesive. As well as laminating important documents in my Happy Planner, I've also used it. To keep a project calendar as my planner I print one to scale, laminate it, and punch holes so it stays within my reach. Thanks for the great service! Products from Xyron are among the best in the industry. The ezLaminator model is one I have been using for many years at work. This whole idea of coating an adhesive, laminate, or even magnet back with magnets is amazing. There is no better way to spend your evening! While this rating is for the Zyron 624632 Creative Station, it also applies to other Zyron products. A step up from the prior Creative Station 900 model, it is supposed to be more powerful than its predecessor. In addition to its smaller footprint, it has the option of being able to use two different cartridge sizes (9" and 5"). It is interesting to note, however, that the implementation of this newer model leaves a lot to be desired. The *br- I feel like the crank handle and the whole casing (which folds in for storage) are flimsy and can be damaged. While cranking, the unit is not well balanced (there is a hand between the top and (sometimes the feed would click as the gears slipped, especially on magnet laminate cartridges, if you tried to feed something through. When one hand is needed to crank and the other hand is required to steady the unit, there is no available hand You may have to deal with a creased item due to the product getting out of alignment. (I've had this happen several times to me, and it was annoying since my paper was not inexpensive to print, despite being thin). If you are reading this, I do hope Xyron engineering is paying attention. I would appreciate it if you could.

This led me to buy this item so that I can make my own stickers for my planner, since I'm new to the planner community and was not ready to invest in a silhouette just I am glad I got it and do not regret my decision in the least. It is so light and compact, so useful, and so This machine gives me the convenience of laminating and I can produce stickers, magnets, etc. in 9 in and 5 in.

It is only because I need them for work that I keep buying them and giving them a shot. -I am switching to another alternative once I find one that is better.

-I am knocking this rating from three stars down to one. There is no point in this. Recently, I received one that was defective, with awful wrinkled paper and a laminate that was easily wrinkled, folded, etc. after the first After receiving the "replacement", I received an even worse item. It didn't melt or warp during my use within 30 minutes of receiving it at my home, and it's not hot here, so it wasn't an issue of heat melting or warping. I ran the first sheet of paper through it and it was shredded. The hard plastic was horribly warped, the laminate wrinkled immediately, and it was totally unusable. Buy this trash only if you want to save money. Without the need for this item at work, I would not be putting up with such a garbage product. I am going to look for an alternative right away.

I just wanted to say a few words. I knew this would do exactly what it said it would. These are a few things you may want to keep in mind when purchasing In the case of small objects, if you add adhesive it should be of a special kind. If you want five pieces, you'll want to get the 5-pack It uses an adhesive cartridge with a 1/2 inch diameter so you don't waste as much. As I do not yet understand how this thing works, I doubt I'll ever use the 9 inch cartridge most of the stuff I use is much It was definitely different than what I was expecting and I have been playing around with it, but as I pull the item away, a little bit of adhesive gets on the front of whatever I am working on. I was able to pick off most of the remnants of adhesive, but I feel like it defeats the purpose. I'm going to keep playing with it, perhaps the annoying sound will go away as you become more accustomed to it.

It still left bubbles even after following the directions for running so many inches out to get it right with no bubbles, etc. I tried laminating it and followed the directions to get it right, but it still looked The laminator aspect of this machine would be ok for kids projects that are not very important and everyday projects, but I do not like it. A quick note on the side In addition, this item will generate a great deal of disposable waste.
