I placed the tabs in sheet protectors and slit the protector to allow the tab to protrude. It performs admirably.
I've only seen it as part of a set that includes the table and tabs. If all you need is a table of contents, you could simply print your own on cardstock. If you don't want to buy a whole ream of cardstock, any office store with a printing service could print it to cardstock for you. I hope you find this information useful.
Not at all - Unless you can drill the holes yourself?
About 5/16, plus or minus a sixteenth, from the paper's left edge to the hole's left edge. It measures approximately 8 inches from the right edge of the paper to the right edge of the hole.

So far, everything seems to be going swimmingly. The only criticism I have is that it took some time to track down the actual 52-week schedule. Template for a tab index table of contents. When I followed the directions on the product cover sheet, I discovered something completely different. After Googling "onestep table of contents template 52 tab" (without the quotes), I finally found it. It was at the very top of the mountain. A Word file with the name OneStepDouble was used for the products page and the template for product CRD 60990. Because Amazon removes links, I'm only reading this description.
These are of good quality, and I appreciate how simple they are to download. Use the Table of Contents template, but be aware that the tabs and formatting become a little strange near the end. These don't stick out past sheet protectors, so I simply cut a slit in one and inserted the divider inside. Numbers 29 and 30 higher are slightly larger than the others and had to be trimmed to fit into the protectors, 39 is printed in a different direction than the others, and 40 is printed right behind 39 rather than staggered like the others.
Because it's still paper, the durability is debatable, but so far it's been satisfactory. I've had these for about two months in preparation for when I knew I'd need them, but this review serves as a reminder to inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt rather than putting them away for later use. This week, I opened them up and discovered that one of the tabs was missing. Because it has been more than 30 days, I am unable to request an exchange.
The colors are also appealing to me. The heavy paper is sturdy and has a nice smooth texture, and the three holes are reinforced on one side only, which I would prefer if they were reinforced on both sides, but I suppose this was done to save money. However, both sides of the tabs are reinforced. I photocopied the table of contents sheet instead of using it for the table of contents, so I can use the same tabs for different things at a later time; I think this compares favorably to Avery dividers, so I'd choose based on price.
I run a small antique and thrift shop with a few vendors. In a binder, I keep track of my vendors' sales by number. Because I have vendors with booth numbers in the upper 40s, I needed binder numbers that went up to 50. These were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Also, the front page that comes with these is fantastic because it allows me to easily keep track of who has what number. This is an excellent product.
This is the ONLY product of its kind, and it's exactly what I needed to keep track of my caseload of 60 students who come to therapy once a week. I can assign a number to each student and keep their information private and secure using this system. well-organized This is the best system for keeping my paperwork organized that I've come across so far.
I just got the Binder Dividers in the mail. I haven't tried them yet, but they seem to work fine. I'd most likely buy it again. The hole punch left jagged edges, which is the only thing I notice through the packaging. Check for quality! Aside from that, I believe they will be fine.
