Questions & Answers
It's very simple. It's not small when compressed, and there's no way to keep it closed, but it's similar to an accordion. It easily opens and closes, and it has stayed open or closed for a long time!
Letter and A4 size documents up to 14" x 8" can be stored. 1/2" in diameter
Each pocket has been securely closed.
They are all interconnected and cannot be arranged in any other way. 😊

This worked perfectly for me because I had a lot of medical documents that needed to be organized. And at a very reasonable price. Anyone in need of a simple file organizer should get this. The only (minor) drawbacks are that (1) the tabs can be difficult to read, but this can be easily remedied by using plain old manilla folders (see photos (blurred for privacy)), and (2) because it's an 'accordion' folder, it doesn't have a solid bottom to prevent it from falling forward/backward when not set standing correctly. You'll be fine if you're careful about how you lay it down.
The good: Unlike some accordion-style instruments, it can stand on its own. Folders that flop around and fall to the floor in style. This fits in my tiny desk drawer, which is too small for any hanging system, and has plenty of space for a year's worth of documents, bills, and other paperwork that I need to file; the quality appears to be excellent and will not fall apart. br>br>The not so good: br>The tabs are a pain-in-the-neck- For a filing drawer, it's a little on the small side. I purchased three 3" white Post-it note tabs, which are excellent. Papers don't fit easily into the files, which is a disappointment. You must work out the kinks in the bottom before they will fit; otherwise, the papers will stick out and look very messy.
I had high hopes for this organizer, which I bought to keep my tax receipts in order. It has two flaws in my opinion. First, some of the tabs are so darkly colored that it's difficult to read text from the labels inside; second, a letter-sized hole in one of the tabs makes it difficult to read text from the labels inside. A large enough piece of paper protrudes from the top of the organizer to obscure the labels that can be read. These two flaws would have led me to choose a different product. I made my decision based on the positive reviews, and I hope this information will be useful to you as well. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> br>The seller contacted me to inform me that my "issues" had been resolved. They're sending me a sample of the new product to test. I couldn't ask for anything more, so I've changed my rating to 5 stars because they've resolved all of my issues. The sellers deserve a lot of credit.
My New Year's resolution is to become more organized, and I figured this would be a good place to start. However, when I opened it today, I was disappointed to discover that there is no way to cover it. Even though you can't see it in the pictures, I had the impression it would come with some sort of cover, similar to the third image I've attached to this review. The first two photos show the actual item I received. br>br>The first image depicts everything I got from it: br>• The folder organizerbr>• A thank you cardbr>• An elastic strap (which I guess is their solution for closing it but does not appear to be very functional when papers are in it without messing up the ends of the papers)br>• Mini sticky note tabsbr>• A sheet of small stickable blank labelsbr>• Some pre-printed labelsbr>• printed slide-in labelsbr>br>I guess I should have read more reviews before buying it because I noticed a lot of other people were complaining about not being able to close it when I went back to read more reviews after I got it. If you don't need a cover, this will suffice; however, if you do, you should look elsewhere. It appears to be reasonably durable for the price, but I doubt it will last for many years. Also, shipping was lightning fast.
I needed something large and simple to keep me organized, and this fit the bill. There are a lot of tabs and white stickers to write the names of the sections on. It's ideal for my requirements.
I'm glad I bought this accordion file because it's very sturdy, durable, and of good quality. It was necessary for me to use it to store a number of documents for my job. It compresses to a small size for easy transport and then expands to allow for easier file retrieval. It has notches on both sides, which makes it easy to carry if necessary. When you have a regular 8, some people complain about it. The tabs are covered by 5x11 paper inside. They do stick up a little, but I've found that when they're overstuffed, they stick up even more. The tab is not covered if the compartments are not overfilled and the papers are not pushed down into the crevice. In any case, it doesn't bother me, but keep that in mind if you rely on the tabs above all else. It's a useful storage space that I strongly recommend.
The product is attractive and appears to be well-made, but the slots are too shallow to accommodate letter-size sheets of paper without obscuring the labels. The labels are supposed to be staggered for convenience and visibility, so this issue renders them useless in that regard. br>br>The labels are supposed to be staggered for convenience and visibility, so this issue renders them useless in that regard.
