I hear sound NRC 0 but it doesn't work Thank you. I'd like to reduce some of the noise coming from neighbors, but I couldn't eliminate it 100%.
While you can buy true packing foam instead, I don't see why you couldn't just do it. This is more dense than your typical bone sponge for car washing but not as dense as the foam utilized by pelican cases.
The number of items I put in is only two. Spray with water and let them get moist then let them get hot and the heat will do the rest. If they not growing, spray every few minutes and keep checking until they do.

You have done an amazing job with these. As well as being well suited for soundproofing a room, they have a pretty cool design to them as well. My opinion is that the pyramid design breaks up acoustics a bit better and looks good. It is imperative that you allow them to unravel themselves after receiving them so that they come back to their original shape. Whether you need to remove a lot of reverb drastically or you need to work with sound, these headphones are great.
