The pros are The sound on the earphones and speakers is excellent. AKG K240 drive capacity is powerful enough to drive inefficient earphones (such as the AKG K240).

So far, no results have been found. A few notes It appeared at first that the power supply for the wall-mounted mirror wasn't My problem was solved when I tried another 12V unit. Calling customer service, I found out that the power input round plug was not just an insert type, but you had to insert it and twist it It was the first of its kind that I had ever seen. Once that was done, everything worked fine. There are multiple menus and submenus, as well as a lot of As far as I have played with it, the only thing I Have done is set the headphone power to low. This worked great for the headphones I had (AKG K240, Grado 225, Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro). The Grado sound suits the music I listen to (acoustic, small group jazz, folk vocals, and classical baroque). I use a PC with Fedora Linux to connect to the DAC. Music in high resolution is something I enjoy listening to on the PC. My DAC merely arrived Monday, and I haven't gotten to use it yet. I'll update the review once I have used the DAC more often. My favorite thing about this DAC is everything about it. It is true that some people have complained that the menu system is too complex, but all of that information is in the user manual. I did note that there is one xlr cable included with the purchase, but for a balanced output, you need two. My headphones are the AKG 702, and I am very impressed with the sound that comes out of the DAC. When my McIntosh MA352 arrived, I was thrilled. As I connected the DAC to the MA352 and the headphones to the amplifier, it proved to be fairly simple. There was an amazing sound in the room. This is a great DAC, and I am glad I bought it.

I thought the price was quite high at first, but after you see it in action, you turn into a person who sees right through the price tag and is willing to spend every penny to get There are no technical specifications to bore you with, but after you spend a day working out the menu, everything makes perfect sense and you'll enjoy the sound very much. The sound signature you want will not be delivered out of the box, but with a little tweaking, you can create something magical that no one else can touch. This is my favorite. Please read P. That's pretty cool. It's hard to describe my shock at how well this works with headphones. A feature allowing missing sub-types to be added Put the bass back in open mode It is nothing short of amazing how a dac can smooth out frequency response with back headphones and within the same device itself. The feature of this product you mentioned is just one of a number of features and applications - Case in point. The most impressive return on investment for new gear in a long time. I set up the setting to work on my daughter's HE400i 2016s so she could try it, and the delight on her face was a perfect reflection of what it does in such a small package.
