Questions & Answers
Can you tell me the size of the headphone ?
There are two connectors on my can, a 1/4" plug and an 1/8" adapter.
Can the headphones in this pack be used with the 1/8 to 1/4 adaptor, just like the headphones in the standalone form?
Definitely, but the first one is screwed on more than the second! Having been on the fence about buying another set online for a week, I finally had my "lightbulb moment" after looking at ANOTHER set online.
Are there any limitations to the number of users this device can serve?
The sound room was very well treated and I used it with two people. Our conversation was focused towards the boom arm that was attached to it as we both kept close to it. A bad environment will not allow you to harness the power of this strategy if you are too far away or you have to pump up the gain too much. You have to talk into the front for the microphone to pick up sound, it only has one direction of pattern. The Omnidirectional is the polar opposite of a bidirectional.

The microphone is pretty much the only thing this product is good for
In my situation as a beginner a year ago, this microphone, stand, and headphones combination sounded like an excellent purchase, and I decided I would buy The set was used between my mom's and dad's house (when I moved between each house) so it had to be durable. Sadly, the stand broke and I had to order a new one, and so the legacy of the set ended. We will now go over In order to feel comfortable and not get a headache with my glasses, I need a very light headset and lots of padding. That was the case with these headphones. It's light, but its ear padding is hard and doesn't feel comfortable at all, and it pushes against my head so hard that it gives me a horrible I finally got new headphones that are better in comfort and sound quality (Corsair HS60) Now I am going to discuss the single item that I have found to be most useful and useful in my case. You are speaking into a Originally, I was going to buy just this mic on its own and pay for all the other ones separately, but instead, this was the most convenient option I could find and I assumed everything else in the kit would also be of high quality. I have not had any problems with this mic at all, and the sound quality is great. I also use the microphone for recording choirs and I get great results pairing it with NVIDIA RTX Voice to take out all the noise. All in all, I would not recommend this pack, rather we recommend buying the microphone separately and buying the headphones as well to get the best sound. Generally, do not purchase packs because it is convenient for a company to sacrifice quality of a few products in a pack that hopefully go unnoticed because otherwise you get excellent results from something else and in turn the company can profit without being accountable for.
There are some issues with the Boom Arm and Headphones
In order to understand this kit you should know that you will spend the bulk of your money on the microphone. Let me begin by saying that these headphones might be the worst I have ever experienced. It does not matter how you change the settings, they do not produce enough bass and they are a bit uncomfortable to wear. In addition to this, I also dislike the boom arm, which looks and feels like it was made of the cheapest aluminum Audio-Visual has to offer. This is a technology that Technica could purchase. Additionally, the mounting bracket for the mic is useless since it bends under the weight of the mic that came with it and was supposed to support. Tighten the bolt that holds it in place, but it will just spin in place no matter what you do. One thing that I really like about this kit, which is also why I don't give it a one star rating, is the microphone. There is no doubt that the mic itself is worth the price you pay for it. It is crystal clear and a delight to use. As an alternative, if you decide to buy this kit, save yourself some trouble, buy an adequate set of headphones and a boom arm, keep the microphone (as well as the horizontal bracket), and toss out the other crap that comes with the mic as it is not useful.

You will not be able to stream this
When I ordered this, I thought it was for streaming, because the box states that it is. Boy was I An XLR cable is more commonly found in professional broadcast settings. The word streaming refers to streaming content on the Internet, a smartphone, a laptop, an Xbox or a PlayStation. You will need an XLR to USB or XLR to 3 if you want to stream music using this product. For an additional $9, you can purchase the 5mm adapter. Now, I have to wait another 2 days to test it to see if it will even do what I want. I'll know more about the product once i see it clearly displays that it has an XLR cable. It is very disappointing that the packaging has been incorrectly labelled as.

I am not a fan of the boom
It is horrible to be in a boom. The two nuts that attach the stainless steel microphone attachment to the boom at the end of the boom came loose less than a week after I bought it. After I tried repeatedly to reattach it, I gave up. In the end, it was lost after 3 or 4 attempts. In addition, there are no options for adjusting the microphone based on its direction. I just can't get it to work. It does not appeal to me. We are returning it right away.

In the text, there is no mention of a desk stand
This warning involves As shown in the picture, the item does not come with a desk stand! It's hard for me to give out 5 stars because I'm a very harsh critic, and that's why I won't give out 5 stars. Now here is what I do not like about this bundle Is it necessary to have the Desk Stand (shown in the bundle as printed in text) to be an "Optional" item? *Please note that there is no option for the "Optional" Desk Stand for any first-time customers, it is a MUST. Buying this item at the buy here does not even indicate whether it's Optional until you receive the package in which it says it is. Previously, I had a stand that I used to hold my microphone set-up, but I've lost it and thought that this bundle could replace it very easily, but there's nothing to hold the stand or microphone in position. The 4 star bundle box is a great achievement by Audio Technica. Thank you. If you can, please include the standing desk in the future.

Please do not get the streaming or podcasting pack
Getting the mic separately and the accessories separately is better than getting them together. It is stupid of AT to require that you replace the whole stand in order to replace the XLR cable (my XLR cable didn't work out of the box, but other XLR cables did, so it is fine, minus the cable hanging under the mic).

The boom arm is okay but it's a great mic
I've been using this mic for a while now and haven't had any problem with I would have given this product a five-star rating if only the mic was included. My preferred headset is the M50x (went with that instead of the included headset). While the boom arm may be a little problematic, it is at least adequate. As a boom arm, it does its job well, but it is wobbly and not tightened down as well as it should be. The knobs are all twisted to their maximum, but I can still move it around a little at the There has even been a time when I had to tighten the screws on the end of the mic so that it didn't rotate Today on the job it all came to a head when my boom arm base slipped and fell Fortunately, the mic was spared from breaking by a 3rd party shock mount and filter that took the brunt of the fall (and also broke three out of four connection points of the shock mount in this It's an overall great mic. I've been very happy with it. However, I am confident the headset is reliable despite my lack of experience with it. As far as boom arms go, they are satisfactory.
