Hello, Xaos. You'll connect your microphones to the interface using the 12 SEND channels. The SEND channels will be XLR female on the box side and XLR male on the fantail side, with your microphones connected to the stage box and the fantail connected to your interface inputs. This SACB has four RETURN channels. Signals from your interface are sent to your speakers or monitors via these RETURNS. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected] We will not be able to respond to or comment on this Amazon Answers question once we have responded. Rusty, I appreciate it.
Hello, It all depends on the type(s) of output jack(s) on your keyboard. If your keyboard has unbalanced 1/4" TS outputs, you should connect to a DI box first to balance the signal; DI boxes typically convert to an XLR type signal, so you could output from the DI box and then connect to the stage box on this SACB. You won't need a DI box if your keyboard has balanced 1/4" TRS output jacks, and you can use a 1/4" TRS to Male XLR cable to output from your keyboard and input into the SACB's stage box. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. com with the make and model of your keyboard, and we'll tell you whether you need a DI box or just a TRS to Male XLR cable. Yes, it works on the basis of phantom power. I've used it with phantom-powered condenser mics and it's worked fine. It's the same as individual mic cords; the only difference is that they're all in the same jacket.

It's not often that you can find a product like this at this price, so kudos to Seismic Audio. I used it on a gig, and another band leader saw it and bought it from me after the show. I went out and purchased another. It's not every day that you come across a 25' snake with 12 inputs and 4 returns. The majority of them are much longer and much more expensive, so this snake is highly recommended. We do live music and productions both indoors and out, and this is a big hit. Thank you for producing such a high-quality item.
We purchased it over a year ago, but due to the pandemic, we were unable to activate it. Last night, I attempted it for the first time, and all four returns were unsuccessful. The sends are fine; the cable is a little strange due to the sliding flex around it, but it's tolerable. It's disconcerting, though, that all four return lines failed.
This product has no hiss, no drop in volume, and nothing but clarity. I highly recommend it!.
On the drums, we have seven microphones, two condenser overhead ribbon microphones, and a high-end hi-fi system. Mike's hat simplifies and speeds up setup. Everything is in order.
As a drummer who practices every weekend and performs multiple times per month, This is a fantastic tool for all of my drum mics and vocal mics, and it allows me to get my monitor (IEM) without having to run a separate cable all the way back to the mixer or sharing a floor monitor with another band member. This is something that I would strongly advise anyone to try. The only issue I have is that I should have bought a 50-foot boat.
This snake is ideal for micing a drum kit.
It does what it's supposed to do. I'm not sure how long the fantails will last, but they haven't failed me yet after multiple live club appearances.
I would strongly suggest it.
