To be honest, I didn't have high hopes for anything in this price range. I'm a snob when it comes to cables, but we needed something quickly for a gig. Only eight channels were required for the front row in an acoustic set. Even if it came with a dead channel or a broken end, I figured it was worth it. In general, quality control at this price point is poor. The signal was strong and clear. There were no dropouts, and there was no harm. There will be no issues. It's a nice stage snake in addition to its function. The connectors are laid out flat, allowing for better visibility and fewer trip hazards. Plus, if some nut drops his amp on the snake, the snake has a much better chance of surviving unharmed. The bag added a nice finishing touch. Even the skin looks great, and I'm very pleased.
g. This snake gets the job done in our gym for drama performances, special events, and musical worship sessions. My main concern right now is how to put the funds to good use. I planned on using them to get rid of the two 50-pounders. foot speaker cables, but that appears to be out of the question. Overall, the quality has left an impression on me.
You're going to break it. When I first got it, I thought it was amazing. The price point was ideal for me. The lock on channel 4 broke after about a month, and the XLR cable fell out. After a few months, Channel 3 was no longer available. Channel 6 is currently unavailable. As a result, I'm left with a snake with five channels. If you only use it a few times per year, this is acceptable. 2- I make use of mine. Every week, four times. I should have just spent a little more money and gotten something more durable.
This item was ordered for a special occasion. On the day of the event, the item arrived with all of the ends cut off and laying in the box's bottom. I didn't have time to return, so I spent the next two hours tracing wires, unsoldering, and resoldering all of the ends so it could be used. The item now functions properly, but the color coding on all ends has been lost. (It's not the end of the world, but it's incredibly inconvenient).
This worked perfectly. Thirty feet is ideal for a drum kit or any other area where multiple runs are required; thirty feet will pass through most stages. It features easy-to-read labels, even on dimly lit stages, as well as a heavy-duty box and metal strain relief. Advantages: br>br> At this price, it's an excellent buy, with high-quality materials and well-packing.
Cons: There aren't any. If I had one complaint, it would be that the mic cables are plugged in from the side, rather than the top.
This was a fantastic addition to our six-piece band. There will be no more miles of XLR cables stuck to the floor due to the wrong kind of tape or beer spilled on them. The cables will not be yanked out by someone bumping it because of the quick setup and lockable inputs. Very good quality.
for a reasonable price, best buy! br>I use these on a weekly basis. If you're using a mobile device, you might want to renumber the ends because the paint fades after the first or second use, making it difficult to read. I renamed mine with a paint marker and have never had a problem since. br>After 18 months of use, this review has been written.
These are made for a very low price. They may work fine in a permanent studio, but if you need a product that can withstand the elements on the road, look elsewhere. Almost every channel has required at least two repairs.
