The connection is poor. All that had to be done was upgrade the patch cables from Fender to Ernie Ball.

It's nice that they come in two sizes, giving you more room to work on the board. It's a neat looking board. As they haven't been mine for very long, I may still be able to It made me sad, because I really like them, but my signal always died on me today. When I raised the volume to compensate for a drop in volume, I was then blasted by the reversal of the signal. Decided to pull off a few pedals, fiddle with a few cables, and it was one of the pancake patches (I only have one patch that isn't a pancake patch) that triggered Although all of these cables are new and I am in no way an expert, they stay in place, and there is no damage apparent. However, I am disappointed nevertheless. If you want to build your own, you can either use these iffy patches, buy 25$ ones from Vertex, or This is not something I would recommend.
