The item is quite simple and seems to fulfill a This worked perfectly as a part of my project Tele partscaster. In comparison to some ferrules I have seen on the market, these are night & day Machined to a much tighter tolerance and better day after day. With these it is difficult to go wrong. There is however enough of a difference in QC to be noticed. To avoid the possibility of any issues, consider simply going with a genuine Fender part, considering these parts are so economical.
These ferrules are for my first partscaster, which I bought from a local distributor. Ferrules are fine, but I'm concerned that the rim edges are square and sharp enough to snag on surfaces like tabletops or sweaters. I don't have the tools to countersink the back of the guitar so the rims sit flush, so they protrude from the back of the guitar. However, if I did have them, I wouldn't have this problem. There isn't much that's uncommon about this, but I just wish the ferrules were a little softer in profile so it wouldn't be such a bother. However, they are doing the job for now, so I am continuing to use them.
As the previous owner of the guitar neglected the guitar, I had to buy a Telecaster body to assemble into my "partscaster. " The parts I already had rusted because they were neglected. They were a perfect fit, so I bought them.
There is something wrong with the hole in the back of the guitar--it appears to have expanded slightly, so the fertile I needed to replace does With just a little bit of wood glue, it adhered to the wall, and it is working perfectly now. It is exactly what I was looking for!.
In addition to this Tele style guitar, I have also used the same string ferrules on three other There is an improvement in tone and sustain when the strings are strung through the body. Although it is more work, I believe it will be worth it in the end. A drill press can be used to drill 1/8" holes carefully. Hand drilling is not a good idea given the very tight tolerances that are involved in string hole spacing.
Exactly what you want. Nice.
Hardware for the body was sized according to American standards.
It is a great product, they look great and fit well.
