The last time I checked this, it was a while The product is not made in China, but neither is it made in the United States. Could Malaysia be an option?
It sounds fantastic when they are played
Each one is 2 inches
There is no indication of what's inside the shell, but the outside is plastic, so I'm not sure what's inside. I understand the situation as follows CA law requires the warning as a matter of course. This label turns up on more stuff than I care to remember, and to be honest, I don't really think about it. The 4 year old granddaughter I have uses them as well. My first set was stolen by her.

This was on my list of toys to get my son, but after reading the cancer warning, I decided against opening it. As a parent, I do not want my child or myself to come into contact with hazardous materials.
In addition, I prefer to give my twins real instruments as often as I can. I know that my twins aren't the target market for these egg shakers, but they absolutely adore The little hand puppets are just the right size, durable, and have a very satisfying sound. There are two for each of them! The prices are extremely reasonable as well.
My percussion regimen requires these - I bought them for this purpose. As a result, I ordered a second set, following the delight that my 3 year old granddaughter expressed over having something new to play with and make noise with. As we shake hands, we both tremble. Despite their speed and well-protected packaging, both sets were delivered ahead of schedule. The shakers I have now are right on the mark as far as what I need for now, but I may upgrade to bigger ones at some point. The speaker is easy to use, simple to use, and still loud enough to be heard during a performance.
There really IS a difference between volume levels in each of the 4 eggs, although you're going to notice the biggest difference if you change your grip slightly while shaking. Any shaker-egg can be described as "soft", but there's a distinct difference between "extra loud". Having a solid shaker sound will always be the best way to make a shaker sound This makes a great substitute for the artificially made maracas, and for a fraction of the price. Those microphones would be perfect for recording in a studio. With two eggs in one hand, a percussionist can hit something at the same time and work two of these simultaneously.
Not only was I disappointed by the package, but I was quite shocked when I saw it. The two of them don't seem to be capable of waking a baby or disturbing a mouse. Do people seem to be tripping? Thanks to Amazon, I got a refund on these items. It would be better to label them as "non-profits" Lullaby replacements allow "percussion" instruments to replace lullabies in a child's crib.
They are used to add minor percussion while listening to or playing music, and they will be used for studio and meditative purposes in the near future as well. There is a clear label for each sound level on each. The sound each carries is unique, so if you use them all at the same time you can hear each one separately. A tinny sound is produced by the red and black eggs, which are the loudest and extra loud. In terms of preference, I take advantage of the white and grey eggs the most, as they produce soft sounds (especially the white) and are much softer than rattling noises. Your choice of sound has a lot to do with what you want to accomplish. By holding the egg sideways and sweeping it back and forth, a much quieter sound can be created from the louder eggs, one that is more soothing than shaking them normally. The shape of the eggs makes them fairly versatile - they can be used for a number of different purposes. There is so much more one can do with these shakers than you would think. Keep in mind that whether something sounds good depends on not only the product, but how you hold and handle it as well! highly recommend this for studio use or jam sessions. Similarly, it would make a good addition to a drum circle, and would look good in a percussion set or the inventory of a music teacher. It would also make a great meditative tool, especially for the white egg. This would also be a fun toy for a child for any age, and I think the shell would hold up well to biting, throwing, stomping, etc. Although it is advertised for use with percussion, caution should be taken that is all it is marketed for. In the event that the contents of the egg somehow make their way out of the shell, they are likely to be harmful to children. I would recommend it for sure, the price is great and it makes a nice addition to your everyday.
This four-pack with different volume levels gives me the ability to pick out exactly the right tone that fits the track that It was a great purchase, I recommend it highly.
I actually got these and we used them with the cool small group we made some music with it ). We were outside and a very soft shaker would not have been suitable since we were outdoors. Depending on the intensity of the song, you have options if you need to change it during your set. They appear to be of good quality and can withstand a couple drops and slight damages.
