My best understanding is that Tibet is a part of Asia. My current location is in Dharamsala, India, and every corner here has art like this one that the Tibetan refugees imported from Tibet.
It looks unlikely to me, but I'm unsure. The bell is made of brass and is pretty simple. The price is good for what you get.

I enjoy listening to stories about those times with him! In the Tibetan Book of the Dead he has read many times, as well as studying Tibetan Buddhism and his closeness to monks! His daily practice of his prayer beads is a clear indication of his deep appreciation of all things Buddhist and Tibetan. The first time he saw this set he was so excited and happy! Seeing how this video works and the sound it produces made me feel calm and peaceful, it helps us to become more aware of how amazing life around us can be and is, and makes us feel like no matter what things are going to be ok no matter what happens! We are so blessed to have these incredible items as they are made with the highest quality materials. When we use this set, we show respect and honor to them, and we are so proud to have them! Whenever I hear my husband using his kit, I know that he is in a state of inner peace and is perfectly content! In receiving this set, we have been delighted, and we are proud to be a part of such a historic event! We have found it very helpful to really listen and just be with this Tibetan Bell and Dorje set! This music gives my husband and I such a sense of peace and hope. Our ears are filled with such a wonderful sound quality.
There is just something about this bell that I love! This instrument has such a lovely voice and the sound carries for a long time after one rings or strikes it. When you ring it by swinging it, you engage the clapper and if you strike it with the wooden striker, you get a completely different sound. There are a few rough edges on the dorje, but nothing that can't be easily smoothed with an emery board, so it has a good heft and balance.
The bell and Dorje came on time and were in good condition. I would suggest cleaning them with soap and water before first using them, as they left a black stain on my hands when I used them. Fortunately it washed off after a couple of days.
It sounds great too. The design is what I live for.
There are too many flaws in the design and quality. Despite the bell being packaged together with the handle, the two were not delivered as a complete unit. bell's construction was poor and the alloy used to create it was of bad quality. The handle was too short and did not fit tightly inside. I didn't get the right sound, neither did I get a proper sound from it. I will not be returning this purchase since I am dissatisfied with it.
I really like it. The bell is exceptional. When I use it, I am able to cleanse my home of negative energies.
I highly recommend.
I like the way it looks and the quality is excellent.
