Questions & Answers

Will it be able to withstand an 88-degree temperature? Is it safe to use the keyboard?

It's where I keep my old Yamaha 88-key P-keyboard. 250 pounds (approximately 70 pounds) is a beautiful weight. I've included the K as well. M "Stacker," which is capable of holding a 35-pound sound module. It's an excellent stand. It was well worth the money.

Did the cable ties and/or bumpons come in handy at all? What do they have to do with anything? Thanks for your help, I've got the stand all put together and it appears to be working fine. ?

The cable ties are used to secure the wires. They were not utilized by me. I'm not sure what "bumpons" are, but if you mean the plastic bits that go in the feet and under the keyboard, I used them to protect the floor and keyboard from scratches, as well as shock absorbers under the keyboard to reduce any key noise transmitted to the floor. br>I like this keyboard stand better than the usual scissor type because it appears to be more durable and can withstand shock absorbers.

How deep does the stand go?

The two horizontal leg supports at the bottom are approximately 22-inches in length. Each one measures 1/2 inch. The top two keyboard supports are approximately 13 inches tall. Each one measures 1/2 inch.

Have you tried out the Omega stand's laptop holder? What are your thoughts on it? Quality, durability, and a good design?

Yes, the add-on accessory is well-made and durable. It's holding a second keyboard (organ) for me, and it's perfect for the job. The only downside is that It takes a little time to break down and set up for frequent gigs, but if you're going to leave it pretty much in one place (like in a home studio, etc.) or only move it once in a while, it's a great product. The stand and attachment are pricey, but all of the others I looked at were not nearly as sturdy or well-made. put together Overall, this was a good purchase.

It's perfect now that I've added wheels! This is a fantastic keyboard stand; unfortunately, it costs $200, but once you feel the quality of the solid steel, you'll know your money was well spent
5/5

It is imported from Germany, which explains why it is so expensive. br>br>I needed a stand with legroom underneath (I didn't want an X stand), that could be expanded to at least two tiers, and that had wheels. br>br>This one has plenty of legroom; it's ideal for sitting at my desk with a keyboard in front of me. I haven't tried standing on it, but it has a lot of height adjustments spaced at about 0. increments of 75" It appeals to me. br>br>Then there's the fact that it supports not two, but three tiers! The 18811 Stacker and the 18821 Stacker are two new part numbers that were released in 2018. 18811 is added as a second tier, and 18821 is inserted into 18811 to create a third! You can also get the aluminum tray 18819 and use it to turn one of your tiers into a platform! I've placed my order and will be placing my synthesizer, as well as possibly a TB-80, on the top tier. 03, TR- 09, and Ableton continues to work on the second tier! Finally, there are the wheels. br>br> From Amazon, I purchased 2" DICASAL stem casters. They're made of "PU foam" (also known as polyurethane or rubber) - As a set of four, they're rated for more than 600 pounds of weight. br>br>In order to install them, I had to remove the bottom four pads in order to expose the metal frame. This way, the wheels are directly attached to the metal (more stability), and the pads added a little extra height, which I wanted to keep as low as possible because the wheels already add 2. The stand has a height of 75" and a hole on the underside where the pads can be removed. It's fastened in place with a plastic rivet. I broke them off with pliers and a pair of small but powerful scissors. The pads will slip off easily and can be replaced at any time. br>br>After that, I drilled some holes. Because I'm not used to drilling metal, this was difficult for me, but here's how I went about it: br>br>Step One: I used a 1/8" drill bit (I believe it was a titanium bit). It must be capable of drilling steel) and insert it into the rivet hole, drilling all the way through to the other side of the metal. This should be repeated for both holes on both feet (for a total of four holes). You'll have perfectly aligned holes to use as a guide when drilling a larger hole this way. br>br>Second Step: For the holes on the top of the feet (e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , e. g. , Drill 3/8" holes (these will be visible when the stand is upright). This gives the caster wheel's stem enough room to pass through. br>br>3rd Step: Drill a 13/16" hole on the underside (the hole already exists because the rivet went there). I didn't have a 13/16" drill bit on hand, and finding such a large drill bit to cut this might be difficult. As a result, I drilled with the largest drill bit I had, which was close to 13/16" (in my case, 3/8" was the best I could do). After that, I used a tungsten carbide cutter (9903) dremel tool to make the hole the right size, which was roughly a. a hole of 8" diameter The caster wheel simply needs to fit through the hole properly so that the weight of the stand is evenly distributed across the entire round platform of the caster (rather than just the stem screw/bolt). br>br>4th Step: It's finished now that I've screwed on the caster wheel! (Because the stem length of 1" perfectly fits the washer screwed on with no room to spare, I added some loctite threadlocker blue 242 to each screw so the bolt stays on tight and doesn't loosen while I'm moving it around. ) br>br>It feels very solid, and I can lock the wheels if I need to. I just set this up and am writing this review while the information is still fresh in my mind, but I will update if anything changes! br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Today, I received the 18811 Stacker as well as the 18819 keyboard tray. It's incredible! Just look at the pictures. However, I wish the tray was wider so that I could fit more items on it.

Heavy hitters! Last year, I performed in 44 different cities as a traveling musician
3/5

I play a heavy Hammond xk3c, and this does the job without the shakiness. I had a xx stand, but there was no space for my legs. With this stand, I have enough room for both my volume and Leslie pedals. I installed casters on mine after watching a video on YouTube, with the exception that I used large flat washers to make them more stable. So far, everything has gone well! I don't have any complaints, other than the fact that I wish I had purchased it sooner! br>br>UPDATE: I purchased this in MARCH 2019, and as you can see from the photos, one of the legs collapsed and nearly threw my Hammond xk3c out the window. I contacted Amazon and spent an inordinate amount of time on the phone attempting to explain that this stand is covered by a 5-year warranty. They eventually returned to the internet and emailed me a website where I could contact KM Stands. "This page is unavailable," read the email they sent me. With little or no help from Amazon, I tracked down the manufacturer in Germany and emailed them. This expensive stand had a faulty weld that nearly cost me thousands of dollars to repair! Jbbr>UPDATEbr>br>They handed it over to their distributor in the United States after contacting the factory in Germany. The distributor was extremely pleasant and expressed regret that I had encountered difficulties. They replaced my stand after I sent several pictures, which I have updated. It's worth noting that the replacement leg adjustment is now located on the front. I'm not sure why it's important to face the stand instead of the side. "No assistance from AMAZON on this matter," I repeat. They provided me with a website as well as an e-mail address. The people at K were able to send mail that didn't exist. M (especially Ashley) were extremely pleasant, and to make matters worse, FedEx delivered to the incorrect address, which I was able to track down. But that's a different story altogether! Thanks!.

This is the keyboard stand you've been looking for
5/5

Sure, it's more expensive than their rivals. However, it is good, well-designed, and durable, whereas theirs is not. There's a lot of space for your legs, which is crucial. There is no sway. And because the unit isn't too deep, nothing protrudes from the front or back. With the table, I got the whole shebang: A laptop stand, two vertical rod supports, and a sheet music holder are all included. Take a look at the photo to see how everything fits together. The latter is not available in the United States and must be imported from the United Kingdom. You will be prompted to purchase from Amazon's UK site, but you do not wish to do so. If you want to buy something from Amazon, go to their UK site instead of their US site, as they will charge you sales tax (!). ) to your purchase is a good idea. However, there are other UK vendors you can find, and some of these may be a little less expensive; I'm not sure why UK prices are roughly half of what they are in the US, but that's the reality. If you buy from the UK, you'll have to factor in shipping costs, but you'll still save money over buying locally for smaller items.

Solid as a rock
5/5

Holds a full-sized, heavy object. There is no wobbling or wiggling on this keyboard. Arms and legs can be removed to lay flat if necessary, but it fits perfectly in my van fully assembled. Not quite as easy to transport as a collapsible stand, because - It isn't going to come crashing down! If you're using a heavy, expensive keyboard, it's definitely worth the extra effort and money; I put it off for a long time because of the price, but I finally gave in (on sale) and have no regrets.

It's fantastic! The K was something I bought
5/5

My Kawai MP11SE is supported by a M 18810 table stand. The MP11 is 80 pounds, and this stand easily supports it. I had an X-ray of my X-ray of my X-ray The cross bracing would get in the way of my legs if I stood there before. The stand does not move at all during normal play. There is a very small amount of movement when you press down on the keyboard. I have a feeling the K A M four-legged table stand would be a little more stable, but it's fine for me.

It's a rock solid stand for a studio setup, but not so much for a traveling setup/teardown
5/5

br>Despite being simple to set up and take down, the legs and arms are difficult to store because they do not fold down. Because it has an impact on overall strength, it was not designed to do so. br>It's a well-made and straightforward design. The only disadvantage is that the price of 0 is a bit high.
