I can't see any need for it based on what I've seen so far. appears that the G22 with Bigsby has a built-in string capture function. You would need a bridge like the Tune o matic to pair it with since this just contains the end of the string. The Bigsby seems to have its own way of holding the strings' ends from what I can see on the examples I found on line.

From the back inside edge to the front outside edge of this piece, it is 5 inches. A string side view facing the neck with dimensions of 2. 18 inches on the outside is considered as I am 760 inches tall. I like the guitar even more now because it feels like good quality, looks good, and it is much more sturdy.
