Questions & Answers

Is there any difference between this Kyser 6 string capo (model # KG6B) and the Kyser electric guitar capo Kyser sells both of them. ?

The "6 Rosewood Acoustic" and the "E Electric Quick Change Capo" I bought both from Amazon. (The rubber pad is 1/32 inches thick. Compared to the previous capo, this one has a stronger spring. In the photos, there appears to be a rubber pad protecting the edge of the fretboard, but there is no pad to protect the edge of the fretboard, just A little protection may be provided by it. It would be better if the clamp leg was You may accidentally release before the clamp leg is fully engaged, causing the clamp leg to press against your

Do you know of anyone who has used this with My first thought would be that it would be OK, it looks generally applicable, but I would like to make sure. ?

The capos are slightly curved to match the necks of steel string electrics and acoustics, but I think that, because of its rubber surround, it will work. I think that it will satisfy when it comes to at least one or more parts of a classical neck.

What do you think about this capo on an electric guitar?

Because the pad on the capo has specific properties, it is likely to work well with either a six-string or an acoustic guitar You can opt for a six-string acoustic guitar or a string acoustic The electric guitar has four strings. As a matter of fact There are very few differences in the radius of most guitar fretboards. It is possible to have an exception to this rule, but if you have one of those guitars you probably know that a special capo is needed. Moreover, keep in mind that the capo works by pressing the strings down, not making perfect contact with the fretboard. This minimizes the differences even more.

Which brand would you buy if you had to buy a capo again? Would you stick with your current brand or look for something new?

One of the regular black ones I got from my dad was lost. Even thinking about a different capo didn't cross my mind. This guitar head looks so pretty with my acoustic orange Ibanez! I like the gold color, it looks so elegant!

The Keyser Saga - not the real deal The label can be found on the box
3/5

Even though this does work, it wasn't designed to mimic Keyser's In comparison with my other keyser of the same shape, I found it to be excellent. 1 *br The label here is Rights Reserved, just like the one on its real counterpart. 3.
Keyser does not have grooves or a textured handle like the original. The thing I dislike about being charged for a brand u depend on is when there is an extra fee. It was only later discovered that it was This is dishonest, as it uses the reputation of Keyser Co. to gain profits. Now is the time for building. There's just something wrong with that. Now that I have found a guitar shop, I will buy mine there. The top in the picture is legit, I've added a photo.

The tension just gets out of control Take a look at the LT version! The Kyser company makes high-quality, durable products Capo is a quality instrument as we all know, but the standard version is way too tense for me
3/5

It was all I could do to squeeze it open, let alone position it on my guitar at 75. I found it to be overly stressful, so I returned it since I didn't think it was worth my time. Max, of Kyser Music Products, contacted me and suggested I try the LT (Low Tension) version of this I love it, and have done it for quite some time now. I only have access to this in black, but the tension is significantly less than the original and I can open it with my slightly-bigger fingers With an arthritic left hand, the LT was so much easier to use, and it worked perfectly on my Ibanez It's recommended you try out the LT model first before giving up on the Kyser brand capo if you're a child, senior or female with a weak grip. For the same price as the original, the LT is available on Amazon.

A capo like this is too tight for a classical guitar
3/5

This capo is entirely too strong for a woman's left hand. If you have a weak arm, you can't position it without bending the strings. It barely fits on the neck and if you're strong in your left hand, it's almost impossible to position. It has disappointed me very much. Despite its attractive shape, the curl on top makes it challenging to gain a better grip on it to seek to open it wider. By doing this, it becomes necessary for me to use only palm pressure and two fingers to open the jar.

This is a relationship that lasts a lifetime
5/5

This is really worth it. This has been with me for several years, about six years now, and now I get to look at With its elegant design and excellent functionality, the capo is a real gem. At first, the thing seems tough, but as you use it, you want it to be solid so that it doesn't loosen. I find that this presses very well on my strings and allows me to play with ease when I use it. A capo that has been in use for six years is still in excellent condition. That is what I enjoy most about playing my guitar, and it enhances my enjoyment of it. The pros are It lasts a lifetime
I have experience both in the electric and acoustic realms, and I work well with both. - Design makes it easier to use and adjust. - Con - As of yet, you do not have it. Now is the time to buy it.

The best capo
5/5

You might ask yourself, "Why should I spend $20 on a capo when I can buy a knockoff for half the cost? Maybe you don't have that much money to spare. There is no comparison between Kyser caps and any other. There are other brands that have failed to hold strings down hard enough to give your guitar the sound it should have, such as ones with broken springs, rubber pads that wear out, or just squeezing your strings too hard. Since I first started playing guitars 15 years ago, I have several of my own, and although they might look beat up, they still function perfectly well as they did the day I brought them home. Save 10 dollars by spending it now instead of regretting It should go without saying that the colors of these flowers are beautiful as well. I do not know if this is a quality product, but it makes my heart sing.

All are easy to use, but none is as straightforward as this one
5/5

It's been a while since I tried another capo. Moreover, some of them may seem so appealing for some little pick holder or new type of spring, but none of them are as easy to use, look better, last longer, and keep tune as Kyser are. Two solid black ones and a "drop d" capo that I got from Kyser are still in my possession. My intention is to buy a backup, but I probably will not need it to begin with. I can't believe how long these caps There is a spring, there is I purchased all of them 12 years ago, and they are still in good shape. Here we are. What was the motivation behind the purchase of I like it a lot because it is beautiful. Great quality, but this rosewood version is out of this world. It stands out on stage, and it matches one of my guitars' finishes Therefore, if you're looking for a quality capo, the Kyser product line is great. Pick the rosewood finish if you also want to make your fellow musicians jealous. We're grateful to Kyser for the "if it ain't broke" approach to the function, as well as for creating new products that we desire!.

Honestly, I am not quite sure how this type of citation works
5/5

I have always used Shubb caps. Due to the fact that. However, when I used the capo on a song above the third fret, I often had to retune. It worried me that I needed to have the intonation checked, but I didn't have an issue when I barred the higher frets. As a result, I was able to get my problem solved with the Kyser! The whole thing is very I might not be being as careful as I should. But why would a better quality brand like Shubb seem to keep the guitar in tune when the Kyser works as well? I'm very careful with the guitar, but why would the Kyser perform as well as it does?.

This is a six-star rating
5/5

You are making a mistake if you buy any other capo. More caps than guitarists I own, which is a lot considering how many guitars I own. There are a few that I don't have They are Kyser brand ones, and I try to avoid using them because there is no better quickchange tool than the Kyser Quickchange tool. In a nutshell It is quite impossible to compare it to anything else. Though you might think you can save 8 bucks if you go with one of the cheaper ones on Amazon or else online, I caution you not to. You are likely to get annoyed with anything that comes from another brand at first, and sooner or later it will go wrong. Kyser bulletproof rifles are engineered to a very high standard, and they are absolutely bulletproof - Whenever I buy a new one, I dispose of the old one, because they just last forever. I have at least five to begin with because I buy a new one about every 2 years. Those are the ones I have from more than It's hard to tell that they've been used at all, and the spring/joint mechanism still operates perfectly. The capo is simple. Just buy it. Buying two is a good idea. This is a move you will not regret.
