Questions & Answers

Are there two alternative ways, without dc power, to switch on and off? The answer in a q&a stated it did not need power, and the answer in a review stated that it did. ?

Power is not needed, but the lights do not work. This device does not support connections from two separate boxes, as it only has one in and out port.

Is the unit square? What are the dimensions? Despite the package size stated in the Amazon description, I am curious as to whether it will fit on my board. Thanks! ?

know it measures 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches tall, but not the exact dimensions. If it fits on your peddle board, then yes.

Is there a way to make one side into ?

It is ok for you to use it

What is the power requirement for this footswitch? In that case, why use batteries/a power cord (it seems that it can take these things with it). ?

There is no need for power when using the footswitch. There are no lights other than the indicator ones that use power. It is necessary to have power in order to have lights. There is no need for indicator lights in my application. As a result, I do not use any electricity. Power is not required for this device to work.

Selected User Reviews For NUX NMP-2 Dual FootSwitch for Keyboard, Modules and Effect pedals

A footswitch that is perfect for Boss RC This station is 3 loops in length
5/5

Boss RC users are most likely familiar with it It is known to 3 Loop Station that Boss has external footswitches that are optional for the unit to use. There are 5U and FS-sized devices They measure 6 inches, so I studied compatible pedals (Momentary & Open) and came upon this Exactly what I'm looking for for my compact pedal board. It does the job perfectly! An A+ is given to it You can play 3 live without sacrificing too much space on your pedalboard. It only works with power so it will require a power supply slot on your pedalboard. The only limitation I can see is it only works with power (not passive). Even so, I still find this product to be great. This product seems durable, well-crafted, and the switches are smooth and responsive overall. Hopefully it will last for a long time, however for now I am very pleased with its compatibility with the RC-35. The switch is a 3 and I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a switch for the RC.

This program works for the purpose I bought it for, but there is a bug in it
3/5

A friend of mine bought me an There are two reasons for the 2 pedal system. The Marshall amp's channel switch and reverb switch can be toggled using the buttons. The NUX Cerberus FX pedal can use the buttons for additional stomp effects. When replacing a broken channel switching pedal on the Marshall, it works just fine. The NMP-250 is my amp of choice for gigging instead of the NMP-200 Add functionality to NUX Cerberus 2 to make it more efficient. At the moment, I have it set to control the modulation and boost. For reverb I use the Cerberus CTRL switch. A USB cable connected the Cerberus system to the Computer and made this setup possible. Although there is an annoying bug, there is a way around it. I have plugged a DC cable into the unit's indicator lights and the lights work great, but the buttons only turn the lights on and off with a single This is followed by another push of the button to initiate the action. This is as annoying as sh*t, since it was supposed to be able to tell at a glance how the effect was progressing. You can simply eliminate the DC input and have the effect work as it is intended. Once the device has been advertised, it will work as advertised. It just takes a few seconds for me to see if the boost is on or off, as it only lasts for When it comes to ModFX, I just have to pay close attention. A good build quality can be found here. Despite the small size, it is quite spacious. It has a lot of great features. I highly recommend this switch pedal, even if the bug using the DC input was not entirely reliable. Additionally, I also own some Boss FSU pedals, and this thing takes up a lot less space and offers more features.

Suitable for any type of foot
4/5

As a first, let me tell you that I was looking for a controller for my Boss RC-02 With the 10R looper pedal, you can make loops. There is only a single switch available from Boss The FS- has a 5-U chassis and dual switches The FS-6 and the FS-33 The pedals on our shoes are 7 in number. Compared to Boss dual switch pedals, this Nux pedal is half the cost and has a much more compact design. It also works really well I have a suggestion for the same setup you are planning to use. With a power adapter, you'll be able to use it as a Boss switch if you set it on Open (as opposed to Closed or Latched). Besides the 1/4" TRS (stereo) patch cable, you'll also need USB adapters. The pros are Please note
Construction of the building is good-- • Universal latch design with open/close setting*• Momentary setting (open or closed) The weight is small, but the cons are Please note
A power adapter wasn't included

I didn't like the fact that a power adapter wasn't included, so I took 1 star off. I'm guessing this is somewhat common, and is acceptable if you have a multi-effects power supply, but I don't have one. This is actually the power adapter that was bundled with the looper that I purchased from the seller. You can definitely benefit from those extras. The switch is great, and I recommend it to others!.

The options are nice, but the noise is too much
4/5

Replaced a Boss FS-70 with this This is a six-way footswitch for a Boss Acoustic Singer Pro amplifier. I am guessing this will work but you will need two of these footswitches if you want to use both the amp looper and With a stereo cable plugged into its Lux A+B output jack, the Acoustic Singer Amp does not support using both output jacks at the same time.
Lux footswitch settings for the Acoustic Singer amp are as follows **By default, the mute/harmonies jack on the Lux is closed (and no power to the Lux is required The looper and chorus of the amp can be controlled with "Open" and powered by the button. There is an audible clink when the footswitch is.

The Line 6 HX Stomp guitar effects pedal pairs well with this product
5/5

It will be great to add 2 extra buttons to your Line 6 HX Stomp pedal if you already own the Line 6 HX Stomp. In order to make the lights work, you can use the unit without plugging it in. Nevertheless, there are some setting tricks that you'll need to follow if you want the lights to work. If you need assistance, get in touch with the Helix FB user group.

Build quality is excellent, and the Boss RC works perfectly with this pedal There is only one looper
5/5

In search of a smaller, more cost-effective alternative to the Boss FS-43, I purchased this pedal The switch is located 6 feet from the ground. You won't find a better deal anywhere else. My favorite part of it is that the build quality is excellent, the switches are smooth, and There are some contradictory statements in the comments above about whether the RC can work fully with the tool. The details are as follows When the selector is in the "closed" position A change to the "A" switch will undo the loop layer immediately preceding (or following). Using the "B" switch, you can both stop your loop from looping and completely erase it (in one motion). The selector is open when it is in the "open" position as shown below As long as the "A" switch is pressed, the latest layer will still be undone. By switching to "B", the loop is stopped. If you hold down the "B" switch for 3 seconds, the loop will disappear. A position like this is of most use to me. However, it has the "downside" that it is so small that it is not very stable on its The Velcro will likely work better on a pedalboard, so you'll want to velcro it to it.

I've had great success using Nux Cerberus with this product
5/5

An all-purpose footswitch with dual buttons. There is silence when the switches are pressed. There are no issues with the unit A power adapter is also included so that the LED lights confirm the status. Built to last a lifetime, this item has a lifetime warranty. There is no need for Since I haven't plugged it in, I haven't been able to use it. I am using it with the Nux Cerberus and it works well. In the Nux Cerberus, there is an issue with the tap tempo button which is a click type, which is less than optimal to tap in the time. This foot switch solves that issue. The foot switch is set in latch mode in this application 3) Using a TRS cable, open and close. I can now turn on and off the ModFx separately from the chorus with one switch, while smooth tap tempo can be turned on with.
