I'm not sure what "sheerness" and "thickness" have to do with guitar tuners, but I gave it five stars anyway because I'm pleased with the product. I bought a guitar with some problematic tuners, so I bought these to fix those. Those two tuners were wack, so I replaced them with these guys who seem to be The tuning up process was smooth, there was no wobble or slop, and backing off the string tension was also smooth. I believe they will stand the test of time, but they appear to be solid when they are newly installed.
I bought these because they appeared to be an exact match for the no-name gotoh style tuners that come with my Easy to replace with a drop-in The shaft holes on the peghead did not need to be enlarged, nor did we have to redrill the mounting The new replacement was a perfect.
Again, thank you The quality of the work you receive depends on the price you pay That's where it comes in. I don't see any problem with them. While they do what they're supposed to do, how long will they do it for? They were installed on a cheapish $399 guitar, and I think they are as good or better than what the guitar came equipped with. A low E string and a G string were stripped out of their tuners. There was a tightness to these My gears were smooth when I installed them for the first time. I'm still on my way, but after a couple of weeks and some after-care Tuning to drop D and other alternate tunings for a short time and then tuning back to standard tuning made the entire low E gear feel sluggish. Weak gears are the result of inferior metal. Keeping in touch is one of their priorities. I will update if I have to remove the chinese characters.
Here are my thoughts and comments on the product which don't repeat those of others. I think it represents excellent value. This is a solid construction. So on and so forth! Threading runs through the bushings that feed through from the top of the headstock. During installation, the machine head is threaded so that the installer can tighten it into To learn more, click here. Before drilling a pilot hole for screws, you can align everything with the bubble level. ABOVE AND BELOW ARE WARNINGS The public must understand that too much information can be harmful It is possible to crack the finish by tightening these bushings and sometimes even the veneer overlay on the headstock by doing so. An old guitar, the finish of which has hardened over the years, is even more susceptible to abrasion. Make sure the bushings are snugged down by using the screws provided, and use the screws provided to keep the tuner from spinning.
It is kind of a hybrid oval and chicklet shaped shoe The shape is shaped as follows It is both useful and a good look for various On a Gretsch I replaced them with, the position of the holding screws was different from the originals This is not a big deal. A bit of dark filler covers up nicely. I will include the 18 as follows In the event that most of the tuners you've used are 141 ratios, getting used to 1 may be difficult. In 1, you'll find The example above illustrates this. Trading is a way to Strings put on and taken off are measured by their precision rather than the amount of turns put on and taken off There is a noticeable difference, even if you use a winder. An excellent value for the money when it comes to appearance and performance. You may want to consider more expensive tuners if you can afford them, but for me, this one will sufficiently do the job.
These beautiful tuners are at a great price. I have to say that the quality of these tuners is excellent for the price. I especially like the 155 scale. The 18 ratio is spot on, as well as the finish. As for the tuners, I chose Shape A tuners since they'll complement the style of my cigar box guitar that I purchased On most acoustic guitars, they are found in a classically configured 3 right/3 left configuration. This week's update review, I have installed them on my homemade cigar box guitar and they are just as good as they were! The elastic bands do not slip and are always tight. It was also very nice to see the tuning motion. A five-star rating for now.
My kid and I decided to replace the hardware on a Gibson Maestro. It's a less-expensive guitar we got (used) for him to get started. We decided to change the pegs since the current ones weren't holding tuned. IMHO, they are a great deal. Fit was 98% right, but they worked just fine. They look great and keep tune, and for the price, I think they are great.
These cheap machines were great for the price. I didn't expect too much from them, however, they were miles better than what I got with the cheap guitar ($100) I purchased. It is fairly standard to use 10mm guitar strings, but cheaper guitars will probably need some modification. This wheel has great turning action, and it holds a great tune.
I'm not familiar with tuners except the fact that they keep your strings I am not sure about longevity as I have only had them for a short time, but they work very well.
