Questions & Answers

Is this strap able to be converted to a hook type? Thanks a lot?

There was no way I could figure it

Are the padded parts of the strap, including the part that rests against the shoulder, completely smooth or textured and suede?

There is a thin layer of leather on top of it. My purse strap is doubled up and glued to the thicker part. I have been using it for a few years now. There's still some nice leather left on the strap but the leather has worn thin in some spots, and I had to reinforce

Could someone tell me how this thing fits?

This strap has a very nice look to it. The only way I could wrap mine around my banjo was to cut it down. In addition to getting green ones, I'm getting green ones for my guitar as well. To attach, unscrew the large end fitting for mounting under the strings above the string nut and loop it over a string. There is a winding peg in the center. Once you have used the strap knob to adjust the thin end, you can use it to adjust the thin end to the bottom of the guitar. In addition to cutting the additional slit and the circle at the side of the slit, I also used a utility blade to cut an additional slit. The large end of the banjo's head is attached to the base by screwing it under one of the head fittings. I then cut the thin piece with two slits below the Banjo's neck, in order to be able to attach it to the resonator screw. It is my sincere hope that

In what ways does a cradle strap differ from a bag Compared to the usual banjo strap with metal hooks at each end, what are the advantages of this strap?

(Once you fasten the ends together, the cradle strap becomes a continuous loop.) (The thin part goes under the bottom of the banjo, between For this reason, it may not fit all banjos. The amount of space under the bolts will determine how tight the fit is.

It is a good value for the price
4/5

I'm going to start this review with a 4 out of 5. The strap is worth the money, and I would highly recommend it. That is the banjo strap you need if you want to keep your banjo held. As for the padding, this kind of leather can also be found on items like isotoner gloves. Tooling leather is the "meat" of this strap, but it is fairly thin and thinly woven. On a pair of work boots, the leather is about the thickness of a banana leaf. Basically, the leather on the part of the strap that goes around your banjo is similar to that in mandolin straps you can find anywhere - with the exception that it isn't made of leather. This is a thin layer, about a quarter There is a smaller piece that goes around your banjo but it is stitched to the thicker tooling leather so it does not go all the way around. As you can see, the tooling leather does not have a color on the back. The ends of the leather have visible cuts, indicating that the leather was cut by hand. In other words, it depends on what you expect.
The reason I didn't give it five stars is because the strap is not one continuous piece and rather sewn in, and because the padding appears to only be glued to the strap, so it could Additionally, if you have excess length, the shirt is not designed in such a way that you can hide it. Therefore, if you decide to keep it, you can't change your mind later and make it longer. This strap will be put to the test this week as it will be attached to my banjo, which is expected to be played outdoors in the heat, in the sun, and in the rain for the next 7 weekends. It will be posted here if it fails, but on first impressions, it appears to be a very nice strap for the price. *edit*
The glue that held the soft leather was indeed no longer effective, and the leather is now loose. Additionally, the thin leather began to rip and wear out. However, I will fix mine so that it looks better It can be a little fragile, so be aware of that.

Fits well - decent strap I'm sorry, but that is way too long
3/5

An elongated banjo strap in the cradle style. In spite of the fact that it is fairly well made, the price is reasonable, and it is comfortable, the strap was so long that I had to cut off 5 inches and bore two more holes in order for it to fit appropriately on the tall, which is on the shorter side, but a strap should have been designed to fit my height, instead of clearly being designed for someone who is seven feet tall. As far as I can tell, the banjo strap has never been tried out on a banjo to determine its performance. So, I would have given it 4 or 5 stars.

The look is great, and the function is excellent! The leather is supple and good quality, and the sandals are quite Even though I am six feet tall and 250 pounds, I was able to use it on my banjolele, which has only an eight-inch My passage through the brackets was a bit tight, and I skipped some, but overall I managed
5/5

There is about ten inches left over from the strap for a full-size banjo, so this would definitely fit. Although I have a full-size banjo too, I am thinking about not cutting off the extra strap for now. If you want to make that change permanent, you can do so. All in all, I give it 3 out of 5 stars!.

The job is completed to my satisfaction
4/5

My banjo strap has been on my banjo for about 40 playing hours so far, and I can tell you that it is comfortable, looks great, and has held up well If I were to inspect it closely, there is an apparent lack of uniformity in the stitching quality. I would have given it five stars. For the most part, the stitching is tight, but there are some places where the stitching is loose for a few inches Ensure that it does not fall apart. Even if you try to pull them apart, they will not move. There are a few places where it's not super tight. But it should stand up to normal wear and tear just fine. Never having used a cradle strap before, it was a bit of a puzzle to put on the banjo. This is a nice strap with a great price and a quality that is at the average level. Would I buy it again? It is true. Is this something I would give I don't know.

I am happy with Amazon product delivered within the stated time frame and in a condition that is consistent with the description on the site if the seller does this for me. Despite my expectations, I am extremely pleased with this strap. If you are a banjo player, I recommend it. This bag is comfortable and secure over the shoulder with a sturdy cradle system. I like the look and feel of this sofa
5/5

I love what it looks like and how it feels. That is an absolute steal at this price -- I don't know how some people are having trouble Cradle straps are easy to install. I looked at a few pictures on the internet and it took no more than a minute. As a result, I had to look up YouTube videos to be sure I understood since it seemed too easy based on the number of reviews that claimed it was difficult. With the resonator in place and everything, everything went smoothly. This strap is so comfortable and attractive that I can't say enough about it. I feel like it will have a long lifespan, a quality piece of leather.

It is of great quality
5/5

Finding a way to make it fit my banjo was difficult. A string would probably be too thick to pass through, but using needle-nose pliers would be a better solution It was easier to do the job with nose pliers. As soon as I put it on and have used it for a bit, I was immediately impressed! There is nothing less than quality to be found in this As a result of its thickness, it was difficult to put on, but it also gave it the strength and splendor it has. It is also a beautiful view. This is a great piece to sling over my neck and play with.
