The product is a perfect fit for my space, and the styling is quite sophisticated. Unfortunately, because the space between the shelves is so small, most varietals with wider bases are unable to fit. When the shelves are stocked, I have to tug and push them in and out. Unless the bottles are mini-sized, there is no way 33 regular bottles will fit. I think there were 28 bottles OR regular bottles shoved in with a shoehorn and vaseline, and the shelves still needed tugging and pulling. It's clear that there's a flaw in the design. I'm not going to return it, but I would if I were a true wine connoisseur.
This is a peaceful, well-kept neighborhood. Our new bar now has a well-designed and appealing addition. Because it was dual-purpose, we chose it. Zone with stainless steel shelves (the majority of which are made of wood). My main gripe is that it can only be adjusted up to 34", leaving a 1/2" gap under our standard 36-inch countertop (there are brands that can adjust up to 34). 5 inches tall). In addition, cooling takes a long time. We just got it, so I can't speak to its durability. My assessment is based on the above-mentioned firsthand experience. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I contacted Amazon three days after receiving it because neither zone could go below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Because I liked the unit, I chose to have it replaced with a new one. Anazon was extremely helpful, as he always was. It's been a month since I received the new unit. It cools quickly and quietly to your preferred temperature. For the time being, I'm content, and I hope it continues.
This wine cooler has a great design and is extremely quiet. The final product receives a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars. The customer service isn't very good. I called once, and my girlfriend called once as well, to confirm that we could purchase an extended warranty after our purchase. We decided to get the extended warranty after reading too many stories about wine coolers that just stopped working (no specific brand). We were told to call when we got the item and give them the order number and serial number, which was fine, but when we got the wine cooler and called, we were told that wasn't an option. It was aggravating because two different people had told us we could at two different times. I would recommend this wine cooler, but only if you buy it from Home Depot because their three-year warranty was significantly less expensive than what Phiestina quoted us over the phone.
This is a stand-alone unit, so there will be no problems. Undermounting is not recommended. Perfectly packaged and delivered to me. In terms of hot sides, as other reviews have mentioned, the unit gets hot when it is cooling. This was especially noticeable when I first turned on the unit. Until the unit was completely cooled, all sides were extremely hot. They were fine after that. I've noticed that it occasionally heats up again, but it's not as hot as before and only lasts a short time, so I assume it's going through a cooling cycle. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It makes a sound, but it isn't particularly loud.
This is an excellent cooler. It was exactly as described. It looks great, and the way it cools is just right, and we were pleased with how quickly it arrived after we ordered it. When setting it up, it needs a few inches of clearance on all sides to dissipate and cool.
- The product is extremely simple to set up and install (note that the door is the only component that needs to be installed)
a one-way street)br>- Before you fill the cooler with wine, make sure it's leveled with the leveling legs (or the unit will be too heavy). I had to use pliers to loosen the leveling screws on the feet because they were so tight, but it wasn't a big deal.
- Although the unit does not hold as many bottles as advertised, this is true of almost every product on the market.
- The unit is dual zone, so it maintains very accurate temperatures in both sections of the interior. br>- The unit is extremely quiet (as was the case with many of the other options)br>- It does get a little warm on top of the unit. br>- The unit has a very attractive appearance. br>- The compressor seems to run more than I expected, but it's only been a few days. br>br>In the end, I'm pleased with the unit.
This wine refrigerator has performed admirably thus far. It arrived on time and in perfect condition, just as we had hoped. It was simple to set up. In the space where this now sits, we used to have an ice maker. Before purchasing, we double-checked our measurements, and it fit perfectly. In the space, it appears to be sleek. I like the way it turned out. As expected, the bottles are cooling. We currently have 14 bottles in there, with plenty of room to spare. Our purchase was a success!.
As a result, we risked it. After a few weeks of using this cooler. Both the product and the company have made us very happy. It arrived earlier than expected, but it had some cosmetic damage on the inside, which was most likely due to a packaging error. Enter Phiestina Customer Service, who were both technically proficient and extremely helpful in resolving our problem. br>As for the cooler, we're happy with it. It drew our attention because it is extremely quiet for a compressor unit and can quickly cool to precise temperatures. The internal lighting is also more subtle (and more useful) than the bright light of the NewAir. Wire shelves are another advantage of this cooler. We like these because the wood shelves on the NewAir absorbed wine spills and became unsightly after a while, making the interior of the cooler far more cleanable. Overall, we think this cooler outperforms our dead NewAir at a comparable price.
