The sleeves are too slippery when pressing the alligator, so when you do so, they slide and slip, but if you don't press them too hard, they work.

I do not recommend it. I do not recommend it. There are a lot of cheap cables available. This is gauge I don't recommend it for more than 1/2 amp. With a small amount of current, the ends and cables can get too hot, so they must be soldered instead of being crimped to the Alligator Clips. The crimping is poor, by the way. Clips are a part of my circuit and I used them with a variety of cables.

Clips are cheap and bend up, so the wire doesn't stay in place as well as it should. A wire is the only thing that is a good thing.

Everything seems to be in good working order. These clips are very nice. Over the years, I lost or broke half of my glasses, so to replace them, I had to buy new ones. It looks like these are pretty good, so if they last even half as long as my old ones, I will be very happy. The price is fantastic.

It's great that each color is offered at least twice, so you have at least two choices. The clamps secure well, and all the power is moved and tested in the same place so there is no power loss in the wires. There could have been more red and black for positive and negative, but it still works.

Within the thick jacket, there is only a very small amount of copper wire which causes the cables to constantly break. There is a twisting motion when the alligator clips are being used, and they do not hold the I spent a lot of time on something that was totally pointless.

I love how well they are assembled and how well they work. There is a lot of strength in the clips, and the boots are not too.

It is critical that you purchase them if you expect them to meet your expectations.
