You can get carbide-tipped circular saws by using rotary cutters or circular saws

Is it possible to use the Cricut maker to cut these?

Since I don't own a Cricut Maker, I can't comment. A 16th-inch or a 0 sheet of plexiglass is used. This is "04". It's quite possible they could be cut with a CCM as they are quite flexible. As far as I know, the cutters can be adjusted to work with a variety of fabrics It is my hope that this will be helpful.

There are no smooth edges, and portions of the cut seem to be missing, as well as some missing corners.

A 4" by 6" piece of paper is not sufficient

It's a quarter of an inch shorter on each side. The picture doesn't fit tightly into the frame when you place it in a picture frame. The meaning of this is that it is not doing its Your money is not worth it.
