This was not the seller's fault or the packaging's fault, but UPS's fault. I was able to flatten them both perfectly, so I don't regret it at all. Other than that, it was flawless.

I found the quality to be excellent, and there was no scratching. A protective peel-off layer covers both sides of the sheet to protect it until you're ready to use it. The product is great and I will purchase it.
