A brass metal is not affected by magnetic fields. Brass is a metal that is not magnetic in nature. Magnets cannot stick to it, thus preventing them from sticking.

Do you think the screws or the blade would be easy to cut or screw down?

Cutting them with scissors was very easy for me. Screw holes could be drilled into them, but they tend to bend and dent easily A screw that is too tight can cause them to pucker.

This piece of brass can be bent to any shape I need, be it circles or a strip with multiple bends. It can be bent easily with my hands. A vise or pliers can be useful for cutting corners that are really sharp.
