In short, yes. Healing from wounds (Therahoney) is its primary use.
The idea of that is unknown to me, but I know how it works for some I lost my wife eight feet when she fell. A nail punctured her ankle in her right foot, causing it to break. Besides tendons and muscles, it had nothing else holding it up. The 5 surgeries they performed on her foot resulted in a successful repair. There was quite a bit of dead skin generated during the healing process. A wide range of therahoney products were used to aid healing. In addition to cuts, it also worked on her cuts. Her approach worked for her, but I know it may not be the best for everyone. Thank you for your help. The only ingredient in it is purified honey, which has been used for thousands of years.

It took weeks for my body to heal after I used this. The healing picked right up again when I switched back to a regular antibiotic cream. For some reason this does not make sense to me. In this case, and in the case of another medical honey, the same applies. Honey had proven to be beneficial for my foot ulcers after extensive research on the topic. The results of these products were so dramatically negative that I simply have no explanation as to why they stopped the healing process in its tracks. The stuff has worked little miracles in a number of formal medical settings, so you should not discount them just because of this one review. It would be great if you could explain to me why it didn't work for It may be that I have an allergy to honey because while I used it, I found that it left an incredibly thick callous around the ulcer. The callous was reduced to nothing once I stopped. There is no way I can express myself.
