It turned out that my physical therapy (PT) center had one exercise that I could not do just as easily at home riding a wobble board. This quickly added up to an inefficient use of $35 for an opportunity to wobble on board for a few minutes at each visit. After doing a bit of research, I decided to purchase I use it at least five days a week for three hours a day, starting in August. Now it is October and I use it three times every day. In spite of the fact that the picture might depict weights, they are not mentioned in the description. The items arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. I also find the price to be very reasonable. As well as the incorrect picture with weights, the manufacturers' site has a much higher price for the product.

As shown in the product image, the board includes 5 balance balls, 4 weights, and 1 There were only 2 rods, no weights and no packaging in the shipment.

There is no content represented by the image. The reviews would have let me avoid this aggravation if I had read them. product image displays weight plates, but neither the product description nor the packaging indicate whether they are included.
