Is there a manual somewhere that explains what to do with it or how to use it? I purchased it, but I'm not sure how to use it. Thank you very much! ?

Put the white part of the band flat against your tooth and try to get the pliers on the top edge of the band; your gums will bleed a little from the disturbance, but it shouldn't hurt. Wiggle downward for top and upward for bottom once you've got a good grip. You will have extra space between your teeth after they are removed, and you will need to floss more than usual until the spaces close. I am on week three after removal, and I floss three times a day or more depending on the foods I eat.

How difficult is it to extract your own molar? Until after the holidays, all of my dentists are booked. ?

If you try it on your own, expect a poor result.

Due to financial constraints, I've been wearing my molar bands for over ten years. I looked up everything on the internet. Three dentists offered me a range of prices ranging from 700 to 1000 dollars. 1000 to get rid of them In the bathroom, it took me 5 minutes to remove the bands. No pain. Nothing. I wanted to share a photo, but I was too excited to do so. The bands went down my drain as I screamed and screamed. I wish I had known about this a long time ago.

I couldn't get the bracket off the first time (make sure the tool is properly positioned), so I took a break and tried again. It includes an extra white piece (I'm not sure what to call it).

We lost our insurance, and the back bands on our teeth were still in place. They were easily and quickly removed with this tool. It may only be used once, but it is preferable to having metal stuck between your teeth and cavities. If you're in that boat, this is a must-see!.
