It stands up to washing with soap, water, and alcohol It seems that tips are reasonably durable, but I have not tested them for breakage or twisting. There is still no answer. Unfortunately, I do not own an autoclave, so my comments cannot be regarding its resistance to such high temperatures.
The jaws are wide, making it easier for small objects to be found and grasped.
Getting my watering nozzle wet was difficult due to a piece of nitrile glove getting stuck. There was debris in the way of water flow, so I removed it. Luckily, the forceps worked and I now have access to water whenever I need it.
It does what I expected it to do. In our case, we would have liked something to use for our science projects, and these are no good for grasping small objects.
wanted something sturdy that I could use to remove leaves off my succulents, so I looked for something long and sturdy that wouldn't break easily. In my opinion, this is the perfect solution- Happy to hear that!.
