My son is paralyzed from the waist down and purchased this device for him. During his physical therapy, his physical therapist recommended this product for him and others who spend time in a wheelchair. The size was perfect, and it was easy to inflate. According to him, it has worked well so far. Also, I have read all of the reviews of the cushion, and ALL of them are incredibly positive. It is a little pricey, but it is well worth the price if it does the job.

The first time we used it in my husband's wheelchair was to go to the doctor's office and he didn't feel any pain at the end of the trip. I was hesitant to spend that much money, but I am thankful that it worked. The pain was already severe by the time we got to the doctor's office, and by the time we got home, he was nearly in tears and had to take pain medication. I think he really did benefit from the product.

If it had come with a pump, that would have been great.

It was necessary to have this pillow for my mom's wheelchair. As I sat for hours on end, I was relieved from the pain.

It was excellent.
