Questions & Answers

A puncture hole was found in the box and on the seat. How can the seat be replaced if the box and the seat have been damaged?

There should be no problem getting a new seat through the seller or shipper.

A bearing in one of my knee scooters has already broken, the wheel fell off, and the scooter has already fallen apart. Would you be able to replace it for me? Do you know if it is covered by ?

If you bought it from a particular vendor, I recommend getting in touch with them.

Can cobblestones or brick walkways be handled by this?

Take care not to lose your grip on the handle bars. It is possible to jerk the front wheels sideways if you do not pay attention to your driving.

Although it's not the best for this shortie, the customer service was wonderful
4/5

I've had it for a week now. There appears to be no problem with the brake handles, however. Because they are so It has the feel of plastic and is easily breakable. As the wheels turn smoothly, the sound can be heard. I like the way it works. Whenever you need to carry lightweight items with you, the handy carry bag at the front comes in handy. The thing I put in it is not heavy. A person with the same height may have shorter or longer limbs or a shorter or longer torso. The length of your legs has an effect on how comfortably the walker fits, i. e. , the width of the walker. Measure the distance from the hip to the With a height of 5'1", I am 130 pounds. It sounded like it would work for me based on the answers to the questions posted In spite of a thick soled running shoe, the lowest setting on the walker is about three inches too high. This results in some joint pain in the SI joint. It is possible for me to use it by pushing with my tiptoes on my uninjured leg, though it is uncomfortably uncomfortable for a long period of time. If you are tall or have long legs, it would be okay for you. I am keeping it because it was a reasonable price, it gets me into tighter spots where my old wheelchair can't, and I only need it A brief update It appears that after a few weeks of limited use, the brake handles are intact (I have handled them thoughtfully), the walker seems sturdy in other ways, and the knee rest does the job well. Seats in the back of the car are down. As long as they are not too short, it should work great for most people. This vendor responded in a very professional manner to my request. Due to my temporary need and the fact that I wanted to keep the walker, I decided not to try to return it. It is always a risk ordering something online unless you know beforehand it will work, and I accepted that risk. A full refund was offered after the vendor apologized after reading the initial review. Customer service is outstanding at Elenker, a vendor we highly recommend.

The program is easy to use

This is a very sturdy material. My daughter had foot surgery and I ordered this scooter for her. I was blown away by how well it worked. There has only been one negative review, if you can call it that, in which I agree with one or two other reviews that it is still pretty high even As such, if you are not 5 5 inches or taller, this may not be appropriate To compensate for the difference, we put a lift in my daughter's other shoe (the Good Foot).

Pros ELENKER Best Value Walker Steerable Medical Scooter is very well built
4/5

I must mention*br This is a very easy to assemble product. These bolts secure the window tightly without the need for any tools, and their large knobs make tightening them simple. I must mention*br The building is well constructed. The device seems strong enough to withstand a great deal of abuse. I must mention*br The rubber grips on the handle bars ensure a secure grip. I must mention*br The left and right grips and controls for the brakes are both solid and durable. I must mention*br I must mention*br It means the knee pad does not feel 'soft', but it holds the knee in place well. The cons are I must mention*br If the steering has a 'friction adjustment,' or if it is more difficult to turn, then it should have a friction adjustment. In addition to the narrow rear axle, it is easy to turn too quickly, resulting in instability. I must mention*br Although the basket is a plus, it can easily fall out of the holder as there is nothing holding it down. I must mention*br Despite the basket having a lid, there is no way to hold it closed when it's Please be aware Having such hard wheels does not allow it to ride well on uneven floors and I would not recommend using it outside, as it would be a rough ride that would be difficult to control.

It's easy to assemble and has a great price
5/5

The little step was easy to follow for my 19-year-old son Annotating a color card in three steps He folded the bag (on the table in front of him) and I stood up for him to adjust the handle bar height and the knee pad height before adding the very nice shopping bag, which he closed before leaving. There is a dual operation for the brakes It is easy and safe to mount and dismount them by squeezing like a bike or by pushing the lock forward to slow. There is no noise from its drive and no vibration from its ride As opposed to using a walker or crutches, I can do most things around the house myself. I was even able to choose a Knee Scooter I liked because my insurance covered it as durable medical equipment. The near 300 positive reviews made this an obvious choice, and I cannot say enough good things about this product. I would definitely buy it again and I would HIGHLY recommend it. Lightness is another characteristic of it This wall mount weighs 22 lbs and is easy to collapse for easy transportation in the car with the quick release/quick lock folding functionality. As a result of the LisFranc dislocation, there was more than a toe shift and a buckling bone on my right foot Nearly a year will go by before I put any weight on this foot. There is a cold front in the country, so some suggested covering knee pads to keep warm. haven't had time to try out the scooter yet, so I cannot comment on it yet. This is the one that I would choose again and again if you have the need.

You can avoid bad things happening to you if something goes wrong

This is a blessing in disguise. Turning radius is wide, but it can be worked around if you are a speed demon on this thing. Brakes are not very good on this thing but if you are a speed demon you are at fault. This is a very comfortable seat for me as I am 6 ft 1 in tall. I like how both the handlebars and seat are set at a good height. There is no need to use this item on rough terrain, whether it be It's possible to find models with big tires and spring suspensions if that's what you're looking for. Wearing short pants would be a good reason to use a seat cover. I highly recommend this book.

The weight I currently carry is 225 pounds and I stand 5'10". This knee walker is a decent buy. Buyers won't regret their decision.

I like it
5/5

It is hard for me to walk on the scooter with my leg in a cast. The first phase of the project has been successful. Having a scooter gives me an opportunity to get out of a wheelchair when I've been in a cast for six weeks. It did fall off a couple of times, so I did secure the basket with zip ties. Generally, it works well on smooth surfaces, but sometimes I have to take extra precautions when approaching bumps and ridges. As it can make wide turns, when I need to make a narrow turning, such as in the bathroom, I have to pick it up and move it manually.
