I hope someone will take you up on that. I think that's a new idea. If you can't find one soon, try to find a pee stopper that is attached to the bottom of the seat with little suction cups.

One crucial flaw was left out of this design. Instead of forcing the liquid downward, the urine hits the curved inside surface of the toilet bowl and causes it to roll sideways, then down the front, back, and sides. As there is no "dam" on the curve of the plastic, the liquid cannot flow in a straight line down the pipe.
