The only part of this that is small is the ear tip! In general, the quality of the product You should be wary of this listing since there is no mention that the spare parts package comes with only SMALL ear tips

Unlike the regular size tips which came with my original stethoscope (original size), the ear tips on the new one were smaller. It still works, but you must push it further into the ear to make it fit as snugly as before. did not expect to receive two sets of tips, but I wish I would have known they were only small tips, because I would not have purchased this item. Since I don't need the diaphragm, I figured having a spare would be fine. I will most likely return it. * If you are looking for ear tips that fit smaller ears, this is the perfect product for you. There is very poor advertising that fact (you can see it if you zoom all the way in on the packaging in one of the images). What is the purpose of doing.

An excellent pro tip is Diaphragm should be placed inside new ring and should be installed carefully. When I removed the old parts from my stethoscope, I was horrified at how disgusting it was! An old toothbrush and ten minutes was all it took to clean the windows.

A poor customer service experience

The stethoscope did not fit properly, and the seller did not provide return shipping. There was a restocking fee of $3. It says the measurements are supplied by Amazon so they cannot guarantee the product will fit properly. They would not be recommended in any way. Customers are not treated well.
