As far as I know, I applied this product for a similar application (dispensing high-performance adhesive for metal assembly of lab equipment). It is made of plastic, is light duty, but it is still very useful for my needs. A reasonable life cycle should be handled with care. This is not meant for use by heavy industry.
I'm sorry I couldn't make it
The smaller piston may be too big for your cartridge because it has a larger diameter. The design is compatible with either a 1x1 or a There are 10 by 1 squares on yours.
This dispenser gun does not fit the Examix impression cartridge.

There is only one plunger included with this dispenser gun The second point is as follows The ratio of one is 1. That same plunger can, however, be used for the following purposes There will also be 1 mixture, so it will dispens The mix consists of one product. The cartridge fits 3M 50ml cartridges (2). I am using a cartridge that is 48 at the moment. (3M Scotch-BriteĀ® 5ml DP100NS from Weld). (3) The quality of the product is acceptable and the price is fantastic (i. e. I've used it twice and it's still cheap). This dispenser gun, however, is not the same as the 3M branded unit, which is significantly more expensive. have both (the original 3M gun is not with me at the moment and I am in the middle of a job at the moment). This 3M product is made in Switzerland, so it is of the highest quality, fit, and finish (like While this unit is made in China and functions perfectly (there is absolutely no problem, whatever you do), it does require a little bit of effort to insert the cartridge correctly and get everything working There are a few things you have to adjust due to the manufacturing tolerances being more liberal than on the Swiss It has been made from scratch. In my case I only use the dispenser every couple of months and realize that the bigger investment is in the bonding cartridges and the items I'm attaching, so if I didn't already own an original, I would purchase the higher-grade. Product of high quality, branded by 3M (I am sure I will find my original I love it!.
Works with 37ml cartridges but not with 33ml This sprayer works well with three-million ml 3M DP270 sprayers as well as other 50ml sprayers. There are only two parts to this device the cartridge slides in and is firmly held in place with the lever. Mixed epoxy is then dispensed by grasping the handles together and pulling the lever. Also make sure to order mixing nozzles that are disposable. It appears that this is not compatible with DP420 cartridges or likely any other 37ml nozzles (which is what I In addition to dispensers that can use both 50ml and 37ml cartridges, there are also dispensers that can use both.
A hole under the driver's door of my Jeep had to be patched and a floor pan had to be replaced. I found the self mixing two part epoxy to be expensive but worth the price. The fact that this dispenser is so inexpensive was a real blessing. In my case, I have only used it twice, so I did not need anything extravagant or expensive. Basically, it had to do what was asked of it. I used it twice with no issues. Being able to use 50ml sizes is convenient for me since it's not necessary to use a large amount. Though I was surprised to see how much 50ml goes. Compared to what I expected, it did a lot more.
Working as it should, this gun performed as expected. When I used it to dispense my silicone mixture, it dispersed smoothly I found it to be easy to use and suitable for both large and small barrels. No matter what product you put it through, it is sturdy enough to dispense it without breaking.
It was purchased for use with a 3M DP420 cartridge, and although the gun does work with the 3M cartridge, it does not work with the 3M 38191 Static Mixing Nozzle for 50 ml Cartridges, 12 Nozzles. There are no instructions on what nozzle to use for this dispenser, so I mixed the very small amount of epoxy by hand instead.
Due to my ignorance of the product listing, I assumed that all two tube products would have the same dispenser
So read the product listing carefully before buying
Those three dispensers are not interchangeable
You will have to buy the right dispenser for your intended use.
Where does the extra money come from? The dispenser is exactly like the professional (read expensive) dispenser, and it works exactly like it. In my case, I use it to refill the Make sure you have mixing tubes on hand.
This was the first time I used Exactly what I needed. There is only one thing I would like it to have more Similar to the $60 3M gun, it is almost exactly the same.
