Because they were a little too soft to clean well, I cut down about half the brush to make it stiffer. These brushes are used to clean solder joints. FEATURE (10 of 10)

As opposed to other Weller products, these brushes are quite affordable, yet extremely high-quality. When I used them, I saw no shedding at all. For 16 dollars, you will receive 25 brushes. 0. That is a very small amount. Those brushes are only 64 cents each, and that's a great deal! Taking quality and price into account, I found that these brushes met and exceeded my expectations.
Crafting with kids is the perfect use for these. As a 3-year-old whose main interest is painting, I have used them extensively with various paints and have always enjoyed the fact that the bristles stayed in place without Unlike other types of artist brushes, the bristles are thick and wiry, rather than soft and focused. As well as the possibility of using several brushes, I also like the fact that there is a range of Brushes are made from a metal alloy that is curved into a hollow, circular piece and then crimped at the end to form the bristle. You can clean up in no time at all. In this case, you probably don't want to soak them overnight or for prolonged periods of time. I noticed that the items started to oxidize after soaking, but when I cleaned them up and dried them, the oxidation vanished. With 25 brushes, they're very economical since you get them for about $15 or less. I found these brushes to be pretty good and priced reasonably.
Despite being soft, flexible, and move well, the bristles are not damaging to glass or glass seams, making it easy to enter cracks and edges of glass without causing damage. Despite their light weight, I find it easy to hold them. What's important for me is the reliable product quality and the fact that I can get free shipping as well. This is a kit I ordered because I am getting back into stained glass, and these brushes are not what I have been using. I'm sure I will be able to use these for quite some time, probably a year or two. It takes a little bit of wear out for me to toss them over and over again. As soon as I'm done using, I'll update. My company, Weller, has a good reputation, and I have some tools from this company and I am happy with them. The cost of this 25 pack of light weight, good quality flux brushes, including fast shipping, was under 16 dollars in the time of writing this review. It's a 5 out of 5.
Although I am not sure what the difference is between these flux brushes and those that cost less, there must be one. It is true that they are good quality and just as described, but at this price, I do not Each time I use them, I will be cleaning them. They are inexpensive enough that I can use them for rough jobs, and if glue or paint accidentally dries in them, I can just get another one. In addition to being a brush for creating special effects, I use them on occasion as art brushes. It's a good idea to paint pine boughs and grass with them. You may want to consider these brushes if you need some for rough work and would prefer someone to bring them to you.
Too much money is being spent on good quality flux brushed. The products from Weller have always been of high quality because of its long experience in the soldering business. The brushes have been around the same time as the brushes themselves. The steel brush is merely a simple spool of steel that performs a function or serves as a disposable paint brush. At Harbor freight, I can get them for 1/3rd the price of these for large quantities. In comparison, the two are nearly identical, but the latter has a bit more Putting the Weller name on a very small item won't have much of an impact on the consumer. When buying something so simple, you want to pay the lowest price.
It is a decent item to have at your workbench, I had never used brushes like this before since I usually solder onto the flight controllers and ESCs when building quadcopters, and use flux pens for that purpose generally. I have to admit these are rather large for my use, but they have allowed me to clean up excess flux, which has helped clean up the finished product. I would recommend having these for any soldering or rework station, they are very useful and work very well. The rating is 4. 5 out of 5.
I want to get rid of both the residues that are left behind by the flux and solder that I use. Cotton swabs, those chip brushes (for painting), paper towels, even a toothbrush have worked for me! In my opinion, these are a perfect fit. It isn't that expensive are you get 25 of them that should last you for years and even with vigorous use they don't easily fall apart. We don't want cotton swabs, stray hairs, paper towel remnants, or toothbrushes in our mouths. The bottom line is that these are handy to have around. I highly recommend them.
