Is stainless steel able to be soldered with it?

A Harris safety silver number 56, 45 for brazing stainless steel is an example. With regard to soldering stainless steel, I found Harris stay clean liquid flux to work the best. The Harris safety silver number 8 solder was also needed. Having yet to test Harris Bridgit solder on beer component applications, I have had more success using this This may be of some help. It is best to start by working on practice pieces

It is absolutely amazing how good this flux is with silver solder! There is no need to use flux soldering with silver solder as long as the copper to copper contact area is 5 to 15 percent

This flux is used to solder copper to brass when I solder a pump down valve on a walk-in cooler. With this flux you can solder copper to steel, brass to steel, but be sure to use silver solder of 45 % or more. In the refrigeration industry, I would be unable to function without it. I'm sorry, it takes oxygen. It is up to us to act. In order to accomplish the job, it must flow like butter when it is heated to 1200 degrees.
