My Subaru legacy that I am driving has a step down into the Fill nozzle, so I tried to insert this into it and found that it did not fit. A 3 inch wide nozzle fits into the outside of the nozzle, but will not be able to extend deeper. The fuel tank is at the bottom of this path.
