Is there a spray tube included with this aerosol?

In my case, it did not, but a tube from another aerosol product would do. I do not find it necessary to place the spray lens in such a specific spot due to the use of a die grinder. To reduce the buildup of material on the metal I'm cutting, I spray this on and wipe it off once I'm finished.

Can this be used to smoother the machining, and also keep the metal cool, for an 80% lower to be machined?

Having been born in the 80s was a smooth process. A good jig like the 5D Tactical may be helpful here.
