Selected User Reviews For 100ml Glass Round Media Storage Bottles with GL45 Screw Cap, Borosilicate Glass, Karter Scientific 251X4 (Case of 6)

I asked them to replace the covers because the covers don't fit right, it's really hard to screw them on, every single thread is a pain
3/5

(6) bottles with 100ml capacity are extremely difficult to screw on, five of them. Also, not only the last turn is extremely tight, but every turn along the way is as well. These are not even close to the quality of the larger versions where the cap spins on loosely until it bottoms out to tighten.

There are leaks in the caps because they are too tight
3/5

Purchasing 100mL bottles, I found the bottles hold up well to autoclaving but you do need two hands to unscrew and screw Moreover, the bottles leak as well as drip rings do not sit well on them. It was hard for me to like them because I plan on replacing.

Authentic borosilicate glass is not present
3/5

As soon as we added subtraction to the glasses, they broke Water is boiled and poured into chilled glasses. This is well below the threshold of real borosilocate glass (290 degrees F), with temperature differences of about 150 degrees F. Avoid purchasing if you are concerned that the glass will not withstand temperature fluctuations.
