I ordered an item which was of great quality, but not what I got

As a result of my order for 1152 clear glass ampules, I received 150 amber ampules instead. My return process went smoothly, and I received a full refund within a reasonable amount of time, so hopefully this will not happen again since I'm ordering the same product again. Otherwise, the vials were of excellent quality, and they did arrive in good condition.
