It has been my experience that each of the products I have purchased from trucker rough or their parent company has disappointed me. I like the hook in this post. At first, the base looks like a fifty cent piece, and then it is the size of a cigarette lighter. Customer service is nice, but the design department is filled with idiots, and the executive management is a bunch of crooks as well.
