Plastic that is cheap and brittle

This item cannot be used with the instructions shown in the photo gallery. If you need to use a screwdriver, then you should only use it to remove the yellow caps, and you should knock them out from the inside. Remove the bridges between the links by rotating them either clockwise or counterclockwise depending on which way it comes off easiest. There is no need to reinstall the bridges. The plastic is so brittle that if you use a screwdriver to attach it, it would shatter. Despite being extremely careful, it is highly likely you will break more than one part. Make sure you are removing enough links to be able to replace the pieces you are going to break when you remove them.
