The chain is a heavy-duty G70 chain. Moreover, our gold chromate chains are corrosion-resistant, which means that over time, they won't wear out from rust. Our G70 chains are made with special steel materials designed to handle 700 newtons. The vehicles are perfectly suited for towing heavy loads.

The SNATCH BLOCK is combined with a wire rope pulley to increase efficiency. A tower has a mechanical advantage, so you can exert a greater force on the car or truck being towed compared to the force your tow truck is exerting.

SNATCH BLOCK WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS. Wire ropes up to 3/8 inch diameter can be used with our snatch block, meaning it can be used with both steel core (IWRC) wire ropes and fibre cores (FC). Make sure the wire rope you choose is right for the task

MAXIMUM SWIVEL IS AVAILABLE WITH GREASE FITTINGS. As the snatch block and shackle rotate, grease is continually being forced into the fitting points on the top and sides from a grease gun. These grease fittings are also called Zerk fittings or Alemite fittings.

With an 8k winch, is a 3" sheave/2 ton size the right size to use to redirect the winch on a rollback process? However, it does seem that this is the most common size, even though it is not 8k-rated. ?

Had I bought two, I would have been better off

At the company I work for, I'm a heavy truck and equipment mechanic. We use 2 heavy wreckers, 1 medium rollback, and 1 medium wrecker to do our own towing and recovery. Besides driving a medium wrecker and doing medium rollbacks, I also tow as a side job. Also, I'd previously towed heavy duty and light duty PPEs and helped with repos Towing products are something that I am familiar with. When I first started looking for these, I was going to order them from WreckMaster. However, after seeing others at work using the same version and reading reviews, I decided to take a chance on this one instead. Even if I had run only a rollback, I could have got away with one. Instead of getting the four packs, I should have bought the two packs.
