I am worried about this because it goes back and forth over several pages, not just the first copy page but for about three or four more afterward. The only thing I'm not happy about is that it's pretty obvious on those extra pages. Neither is it the best nor is it the worst.

Those sheets are a good size for a pocket. They have no sticking issue, and are easily torn. In spite of the fact that the printing on the copies is a smidge darker, they are still legible as presented.
It doesn't take a lot of pressure to make a copy, but you need to be careful when you are writing on the whole pad. If you press too hard, you will create a mark on the three following pages. Finger pressure on the copy doesn't go through, not even on the first one.

The skills transfer well. There is no carbon paper to be found on these classic restaurant order pads. These are light weight and easy to carry. You can write well on them and they are easy to write on. There are 50 sets of sheets per book (100 pages in total). Between each set of sheets, there is a backer that's supposed to be flipped. backer is made of a shiny material that feels like nails on a chalkboard when touched. I don't understand the issue, but many may not care about it at all.

These are the separate checks I keep on hand for work in case I need them. The cost of carbon copy checks is about 5x the cost of these checks. All checks are hand written so when customers need separate checks, it can be more convenient to have these on hand so they can be provided. The paper is easy to write on and comes in bound packs so there is no risk of loose paper getting lost.

The restaurant order checks are average quality, and they come with copy paper under the main check so that the diner and the restaurant get a copy. Having enough of them will last me a long time since I use them as sales receipts at vending events for craft items, and as records of things I want to keep.
